I would like to think that when she has finished touching the raw meat the gloves are thrown away and new ones are put on to touch the other food. It is better to NOT wear gloves and wash hands each time.
Ppl don't do that in Japan and Japanese don't like working with gloves in restaurants but being mandate to work becuz of western influences and pseudo

@@VarunaSingh89 yeah east Asian prefer sesame oil in general for frying stuffs than anything while other Asian countries common use vegetable oil or gutted oil

I don't understand why SOME PEOPLE don't wash their meats. I was told by a worker at a package plant, that the meat fall on the floor at some location, then its pick up and package. So we buy it and don't even know that it fell. So glad they wash it here.
Why the heck u wanna wash off the meat when it's season, flavoured and frozed in airtight package in freezer. FYI restaurant in Japan all do this same procedures in general.
