年末に行われる、大将の新山さんが鍋を振り続ける炒飯祭りの様子です！

Fried Rice Master's Fried Rice Festival
This fried rice master makes fried rice once or twice a year.
On this day, there was a line waiting for 4 hours.
We shot a video of the main store of "Menya Hanabi" in Nagoya, the birthplace of Taiwan mazesoba. This is the state of the fried rice festival held at the end of the year, where Mr. Niiyama, the owner, keeps shaking the pot!

Is nice to see the Chef’s and staff’s enthusiasm is really nice when you cook the food you enjoy. I cooked at a steakhouse for sometime in the U.S and it was a terrible experience both physically and mentally. I been learning how to cook Japanese, Korean , and Chinese food from the comfort of my home kitchen and I find it relaxing cooking these colorful dishes.

Mogumogu does the work that almost nobody on TV or video in Japan has been doing for years: Showing the real local spots. When I was in Japan, most of the best spots were places that probably most gaijin would pass because they reserved a 2 year wait list for a tourist sushi spot, while a place that was just on a corner street would have been the best food you ever had in your life.
Really ? 2 year wait list? Man that place must be really popularm
There are other people doing this,too. Yummy boy from Korea is also similar to Mogu.
Same, found awesome places and became a regular at a few. One place even threw me a welcome to Japan party and a birthday.

Super grateful that I managed to try their fried rice through reservations when we visited their restaurant. To be honest, it is just your regular fried rice but there is something with the seasonings and the rice itself that really sets them apart from the usual chachan, yangchow and chaofan. It was so fun that we wanted to try it again tomorrow but we have to backout because we did not placed a reservation and the line was long. I decided to F my calorie counting that day and enjoy me some fried rice.
