Most homeowners don't ever clean the vents. It's amazing how much lint is in the vent. Especially when the venting has one or more 90s. Awesome content.
Whenever my dad would get the scam calls asking if he needed his ducts cleaned, he’d always said that he shot and cleaned them himself

Doing this to my dryer vent today. Smelled something burning the other night as soon as i walked away from turning the dryer on. Luckily no fire but I'm interested to see if I get any charred lint out.

@@saras9769 tons of burnt lint, clog was close to the dryer so most lint was backed up into the dryer itself, where it was all black and crispy

Does that tool you use with the brush pushes compressed air? Or just rotates?
It rotates, they use another tool that compressed air when needed.

I tried this. I feel like there is a lid that wont open on one side and inside the house a corner ot something stops the brush. I even tried a leaf blower nothing comes out. Not even air.
