If the establishment kept their units in order, customers wouldn’t take so long to dry their items, and thus more folks could use a dryer, on top of which means more traffic rather than people balking at having to wait to use a dryer!
Just had ours cleaned out at home, glad I pestered my folks to do it, we needed new pulleys, drive belt, belt tensioner, and a good cleaning.
No more “infinite minute”! Now our dryer works in such a short amount of time compared to where it would reset its drying timer twice over because it could still detect moisture. Can’t wait to see the reduced gas bill too!

When I saw your preview short on this job, I thought of two things: Cake and "how is this building not on fire!?" Now that I see the full scale of what went on, I have to ask "Where's OSHA!?" Way too much lint for one area even if there's a fire sprinkler in the motor room.

9:43 - Please don't put clamp lights in the natural gas lines. The yellow "pipes," are all natural gas! They are, hard, stiff, but hollow, and very thin.
_You_ may not notice a tiny pinhole you caused by handling the line. But over time...days, a week? Enough gas could accumulate in those hodden spaces where nobody goes/detects it, next: 💥 BOOM! 😮

I must say it's extremely satisfying watching it go from clogged lint everywhere to unclogged. I have OCD and one of the things I tend to over fixate on is items being in the right place and areas being tighty. I clean my lint traps out each time I use the dryer however I do give my dryer and the ducts that are connected to a deep clean once a month (I have myself one child and two dogs). One of my OCD fears is that if I didn't clean something like the dryer correctly could the house catch fire. I also have a local company like yourself come clean the furnace and air ducts twice a year

Re: 1:40 You're probably already aware, but be very careful when cleaning inside machines like that to stay away from any circuit boards. Vacuums generate a lot of static electricity and one zap could fry the components on one of those boards

You could take core samples from those rooftop vents. "Core sample analysis has allowed our team to determine when management implemented cost-saving measures by switching to generic from brand name dryer sheets. It is likely this measure was less effective than contracting a vent cleaner in order to reduce drying time and thus electricity consumption."

They are extremely lucky they haven't had a fire. My washer and dryer see far less action than these do and twice a year I pull them apart and clean out any trapped lint to make sure I don't burn my house down while doing laundry
