Excellent videos Steve. Makes me want to get back out there and clean dryer vents full time again. Started my business in '13 and do a few jobs here and there. I started using a Black & Decker Vac/Blower with bag attachment to catch allot of the exterior lint. I eventually removed the vacuum funnel and replaced it with a flexible hose, long enough to position from any height/angle. Work like a charm for me. Keep up the videos, enjoy watching them.
The moment I saw the way that vent was curling..... I mean there's no need for that. It should just make a right turn and when it gets down to the basement, that should probably be a 6-in or 8-in vent due to the length that it's running.

I have been told that using fabric softener & dryer sheets can cause lint to build up and stick in vents. TRUE OR FALSE. I personally don't use either
Absolutely true! Dryer sheets are the worst!
12 mph to 19 mph is not triple. not even double. A little more than 50%. It will probably get those towels dry in a third of the time though!
