Bruh gege said in a fanbook that gojo saved yuta and yuji because they had potential so they can fulfill it and share the title strongest with him so what nanami said Abt him being selfish is true and nanami said it 200 chapter ago so there's no "character death" you gojo fans need to stop going around thinking gojo loves saving ppl cuz he told geto he doesn't like it in the hidden inventory arc

The problem was not his death, it was how we got there and his CHARACTER death. Not only does he dick ride Sukuna so hard when he says contradictory statements like "I couldn't have won if he didn't have 10 shadows" (which is false because the ONLY reason Sukuna won was from 10 shadows) and "He was holding back" (multiple times in the fight Sukuna gets seriously injured and even gets knocked out, not to mention he literally screamed in fear when he was about to lose Mahoraga). He also is said to not have cared for his students which is very false as multiple times in the story he mourns Yuji"s death and how he trusts them and believes they can reach his level. I hope this is an ass pull since right now he can just RCE and get back up but if this is how he actually goes out, I will still read the series until the end but not expect Gege to be a good writer anymore.

"I couldn't have won even if he didn't have Ten Shadows" is clear if you read the fight. Sukuna could have won the domain clashes had he not opted to stay in Gojo's domain and let Mahoraga adapt. Not sure if you've read the latest chapter but Sukuna also had a full heal left without RCT. Aside from that, Gojo dick riding Sukuna isn't an "out of character" moment since even Geto gets surprised and comments on this. Both Gojo and Sukuna may trash talk opponents but if the opponent is worthy, they truly acknowledge them. Lastly, Gojo doesn't say he doesn't care for his students, Nanami just mentioned he didn't become a Jujutsu Sorcerer to save people. That wasn't his goal. That doesn't go to say he doesn't care about his students because like you mentioned, he obviously does. Hope that clears things for you

Bro ofc he was worried loosing Mahoraga that was his Ace, he wasnt worried about himself which is different and as we know was never in danger as he could 100% heal with resurrecting. Gojo Sukuna and Kashimo are all very strong sorcerers of their eras. What makes Sukuna stand on top his experience skills and intellect. He used the resources at his disposal strategically and that includes 10S. I don't think people understand the fight the hints foreshadowing and Sukuna learning by seeing one time. Sukuna was patient on the defensive throughout the entire fight, he did not go all out the way Gojo was doing and that should be enough and very telling how Sukuna was keeping a cool head.
@@FatherFoxtrot Thanks. It's pretty annoying seeing people who don't properly read the manga saying "Sukuna got his ass beat". It's clear his goal was simply to let Mahoraga adapt hence why he was acting defensively.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the students just find a note from gojo mentioning his remakes also admitting he couldn’t beat sukuna but he’ll sure try and stating how proud he is of them e.t.c

gojo's loss should have been expected from the beginning because if gojo won this fight and came out without crippling injuries the series was over because kenjaku was not stopping this man
When Kenjaku outright says he awoke Sakuna to deal with Gojo it was clear Sakuna would kill Gojo eventually

I never was bothered by Gojo's scenes in the afterlife as it was a beautiful end to his arc and I was always expecting Gojo to die. My biggest problem is how it got to that point with the offscreen death and defeat, which pulls away the focus of the afterlife scenes because of how jarring it was and kinda ruins the entire Gojo vs Sukuna fight. It was just a very bad undercooked ending to the longest and most important fight in the story. It's just so frustrating with Gege's decision here with his weird wanting to be "shocking" when this was obviously a terrible choice because the afterlife scenes is some of my favorite endings to a character.
Could it just b that gege dont think this fight is that important? Idk it just a guess 😂 overall we dont know what is in gege's head 😂😂
