Keep in mind that all of these jobs are independent contractor and you will have to pay self employment tax of 15%. so when you hear a per hour amount, automatically deduct roughly $2 from that.
You can deduct the expenses of doing that work to though which saves what you took away. XD I’m theory but idk what it would be, your electric bill maybe, internet payment, labtop wear and tear. I honestly don’t know what you could come up with but it’s possible.

I've been on there for months and haven't earned anything. Maybe I just have bad luck and not too many people want to work with a person of my particular demographic. And they collect a bunch of information, including your professional information, which makes me uncomfortable.

Most of those sites are just collecting composite info about you in bite-sized chunks. Put together they can market that data to identity thieves, or do iffy things themselves with it. Like lost cell phones, the personal data is worth more than the phone itself.

Transcription is not just good typing skills. It's being able to focus and have excellent listening skills, deciphering speakers with accents. mumbling, stuttering, understanding sentence structure, punctuation. It's a very difficult and tedious work. You have no idea.

Being on SSDI i cant work anywhere outside the home so this would be perfect, and i cant make more than 25k a year so i believe this would work good. Now if i could make enough to live and not deal with the gov i would def be happy lol.
Make 12 cents an hour. Yeah. You give out your work email like the first site wants and you'll have them peppering your work domain with nonsense. Most IT departments are assigned to watch for that kind of stuff coming into their system and can track it to the source employee wise.

I still don't understand why the 1st one RESPONDENT asks you for your work email address when they know that MOST jobs do not allow you to do this, because I have been told that respondent DOES use this work email address for 3rd party reasons as well.....which is IMO, a big red flag.....They should instead replace this option with another more doable......I bet a lot more people like me have decided AGAINST providing it, hence we do not get the better jobs, but oh well.......I bet they would feel the same way if Other of their employees would provide their respondent email addresses........Good thing you mark it as #13 last on your list, it kinda would be on mine too......you fill out the needed screeners, but you are never considered.
I agree. Not allowed to use my work email address for this type of personal use. Also, I don’t have a LinkedIn account as I don’t need one. I’ve had my job much longer than Linkedn has been around.

I tried squad help. It's no good. All the work you do and submit might not get picked for the prize reward. There's a high probability of that actually because you have a lot of competition. So, all the time you invested into coming up with a good brand name and so on goes to waste.
How is it legal for these companies to pay less than a minimum wage? Maybe a great side hustle would be to bring class action suits against companies that are operating illegally?
Minimum wage is only for employees, not independent contractors. Otherwise a business could sue you if they don't earn enough. As someone who has been self-employed most of my life, I can assure you there are no guarantees.

I have watched countless videos that says “You can work from anywhere/worldwide”. This is not true, it’s misleading. I have signed up to some of these websites, you gain coins for signing up and at least one survey but after that nothing happens. The website states that surveys are loaded daily but weeks pass and nothing happens. I have resorted to deleting these accounts because it is pointless.
