Just wonderful, I've been looking for "what does lucid dreaming feel like" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my work buddy got excellent results with it.
Today I was talking about lucid dreaming with a friend. He was talking about lucid dreams so I asked him "have you ever done any of the reality checks like these" then I do them really quicky in front of him. Then I remember in a tipharot video that if we habitually do reality checks quickly without really questioning if we're dreaming then we will just do the same thing in a dream and not notice if it worked or not. So after I explain it to my friend I did it again but my finger doesn't go throught my palm. Then as I try counting my fingers, my friend laughs at me and points at something. I look down at my hands and realize he's pointing at a sixth finger. I was blown away as that was the first time a dream character has ever helped me go lucid in a dream.
Well I'm gonna be on a plane for 6 hours... Might as well try the sleep paralysis one. I wonder what it's like to have sleep paralysis on a plane? Edit: OKAY I HAD A DREAM WHERE THE PLANE WAS CRASHING AND I COULDN'T MOVE

You guys I lucid dreamed last night. All you really have to do is set a alarm turn it off, then go back to sleep. BUT think about what you want to dream about, meaning keep your body asleep but you mind awake. Soon enough you will be lucid dreaming. Goodluck😉

Awesomecherry 34 do it! Try and convince them that they’re in a dream by doing crazy things like flying in front of them. Then they realize they’re in a dream and you can keep going back to them every night and do stuff with them!
Weird once when I was in a dream I realised that I was in a dream and I said out loud "wait, this is a dream" and my mom and sister looked at each other smiled and then I jumped out the window attempting to fly but I kept falling and woke up :/
I was in gym once and I checked my phone to see what time it was (middle school gym class I never had my phone, so strike 1) then saw it was some time between 5-6am. I thought wait a minute, I must be dreaming and I went to fly. Couldn't. So I just did what I usually do in gym, walk around the floor and talk to my friends. Though all I talked about was how they were dream forms and how I was dreaming. They don't care.
Interceptor 10-80 the last one I had I was able to jump threw past dreams I had it was so cool to revisit them and I think I was able to jump dimensions to that's why I want another lucid dream :D

SUMMARY Step 1: meditation 20 mins Step 2 : Reality Check 5 minutes apart Step 3 : Set alarm (6 hours ahead) wake up in REM. Make image and “feel” until you are in lucidity again. Step 4 : If you come across failure, while In REM, spend 2 mins visualizing the lucid dream you are about to have. Say “I will be lucid” then go to SLEEP!
Watched this. Realized I was dreaming and became lucid. Immediately woke up before I could try to keep myself asleep. I’ve tried lucid dreaming for a long time and each time the same thing happens
im afraid to sleep on my side cuz what if my balls twists around each other and stops my blood flow and kills my poor littl balls , thats why i sleep like a vampire on my back

My first and only lucid dream I've ever had went like this: I realised I was in a dream when I was in my school classroom, I went out the door that somehow went into my back garden and I tried to fly. It worked but I woke up a few seconds after flying because my *DUMBASS PILLOW* fell off my bed and woke me up
There are often nights where i have a really bad or good dream, and when i wake up i want to continue it. so i just lie there, imagining as the dream kept going. It felt more realistic than just thinking, but at the same time i felt awake, i could still feel my pillow on my head, but my closed eyes saw something entirely different.
Lucid dreaming is having an update next summer called the multiplayer expansion, with this update you can lucid dreams with others it's simple just get there lucid dream name and start dreaming.
ive had 2 lucid dreams where i was locked into my dream. The first time i had to get out by hitting my head firmly with the 'heel' of my hand about 8 times. the second time i was being chased by a 6'3" robot which was adept at hand to hand combat. i had to run to the nearest traffic lane and jump in front of a car do deliver a hard enough impact to my head. none of these methods actually hurt me. in both dreams, i dont think they were dreams more than alternate realities ive glimpsed into because they were so convincing, i thought the first one was actual realty. i could think, i could feel, emotionally and physically, i felt pain, allbeit very little. i saw, not like how you see a dream, like through actual eyes, it felt so real, i even had a *pulse* that fluxuated appropriately. i realised i was sleeping when i started to notice the constant pressure of my pillow on my head, then i remembered i had school the next day so i had to ask everyone i saw how to wake up. i never ran out of energy so i had no problem running around the entire town until i just said screw it and started hitting my head. when i woke up it was 1 hour after i layed in my bed and the dream had to have been at least 3, maybe 2 hours so by that logic, next time i have a dream like that, im going to try to investigate my dreams more often.
I started a dream journel 5 days ago since I had a dream that I vividly remembered. I never ever dream, but these last 4 days I've remembered 1-3 different dreams every night.

Wow thank you so much!! It was my very first time even trying it so I was just meditating before I was about to go to sleep. Then I tryed to 3rd method and I entered the lucid dream from the awaken state THE FIRST TRY. It felt so awesome to literally enter a lucid dream from the awaken state. So magical

This is how I learned to lucid dream :) it was a long trip but this proves when you don't think you're gonna do something, try, and try again. Sorry for spelling errors cause it's 4:00 am and I just woke up from my first lucid dream! At least I am pretty sure it was...so basically I was on UA-cam and came across something called lucid dreaming in my recommendations, and it caught my attention. When I clicked on it, I was confused, then I educated myself on it by watching more vids about that subject. I ended up learning alot and my next goal in life was to have a lucid dream! I tried so many methods. I set my alarm, I did the finger method, I could just go on and on. I eventually started to lose hope. I knew I wouldn't be able to have fun in a lucid dream. So I threw the topic away. The next month I wanted to try once more. So this time I took it...like it was no big deal, because maybe the trick is just relaxing, not forcing yourself to. So then I let loose, thought about the fun I could have, did the finger method ever so lightly, then it happened. My ears tingled and my face numbed as I went into the lucid dream world. I thought it was real, and it was. First, I was scared something would happen, then I checked my hand...I didn't have fingers...okay this was 100% without a doubt a lucid dream at this point. So I said "I want a roblox world" don't ask ok It was late, I don't even play roblox, but what else would you think of. Then with the corner of my eye, by my brothers door I saw two little roblox characters. They were getting closer. I could wake up to the real world but then travel to the lucid world again....it was weird. When they come in my room I was so happy. I was thinking about my next wish until the real world had to wake me up :( But that was super fun. It feels weird when you get in the dream but just hang tight :) it lasted like a minute so make the best of it. I will try tomorrow but I heard a hack where you spin 2 times to make it last longer. Once I went into mine I was scared to touch things cause I thought I would get possessed...but then I touched the wall beside my bed and it felt totally normal.
I remember having a lucid dream when I was really young. Maybe 5 or 6 years old. It was sort of a nightmare because like the air on the planet was poisoned and everyone who inhaled it like started hating me and wanted to kill me. So I ran and ran. I knew it was a dream so I was looking for a way to wake up. I was thinking of jumping in a nearby lake but fought against it thinking I would still be in the dream after. I then saw a small crate on the ground, took it and hit myself. I woke up and to this day, more than 10 years later I remember every single detail. I have never had a more remarkable dream in my entire life.
I remember I was in a dream and I saw the dream but felt my body in bed and I was trying to wake up but whenever I tried to move it was like my body was tied down and I was struggling but eventually I woke up. I watched this video last night and I LUCID DREAMED!!! I used to lucid dream when I was a kid and controlled my dreams alot. That was the only time ago and after watching this, in my dream I actually realized for the first time in years that I was dreaming!!! I held my nose closed and I was still breathing. The last time I had a Lucid Dream, I remember being in a white room with nothing in it, and I was just sitting there on the floor. There were no doors or anything. It wasn’t scary or anything, it was relaxing, but I was confused as to what was going on. I remember going to bed, so I thought to myself, “How am I just randomly in a white room- WAIT.” Then it hit me. I looked at the wall, and I said “Make it pink..” pretty quietly. Then it turned pink. I was so excited that I was having a lucid dream! I was literally yelling “YES!” over and over again in my dream. I was thinking of all the possibilities I could do with this limited amount of time. I don’t remember much after that, except for flying around my town, and the one place I wanted to go to at the time was ‘closed’. I think that was one of the only times I was aware I was dreaming, and my that was forever ago... I really want to experience that again, it was such an amazing experience! Lmao thank you if you read this far about my so called story nobody cares about :)
EEEEEEEK I just woke up from my first lucid dream!!! Basically I was in a hospital and they told me I was gonna die so I thought to myself I must be dreaming and stuck my finger right through my hand then BOOM I was lucid 👌🏼 I was a bit too excited and ended up spending the dream runaround the hospital screaming lol 😂
Lilo High I had my first lucid dream last night. I started kissing and holding a girl I had a crush on and then realized I was dreaming. I put my hand in front of myself and looked at it. It was amazing but I must have gotten too excited because my eyelids opened with a ton of force and I was awake.
I was Prince of Persia twice, first time running from the lions in a coloseum, the second time while fighting some strange creatures. They were throwing knifes at me. Assholes.
I dont know if this is a lucid dream but in the morning I sometimes "wake up" look at my phone and turn off my alarm then I wake up and find out I'm still on bed and the phone hasn't moved.
Once I lucid dreamt, and I diddnt know I was in it, and I rlly had to use the bathroom so I went to the bathroom in the lucid dream and pretty much pissed the bed 👍
This is what I do and it works every time for me personally. Close your eyes think of a place, once you see that place think of movement, and actions you want to do.
This was the movement I realised I was using the 3rd method these whole time with out getting a sleep paralysis .... damn n now i realise i gonna have sleep paralysis today

Last year i became lucid maybe 20 times, but since september i have not had a lucid dream and i found my dream recall was failing miserably. I found this video a day after you uploaded it and i thought "hmmm, some good advice here", and some advice i probably missed or forgotten about, but since taking your advice, i have been lucid at least 7 times since the 10th of jan, amazingly i was lucid last night twice! My dream recall has also vastly improved since i began reading my dream journal before i go to sleep! INTENTION REALLY HELPS! It honestly does, i was determined to get back on track and i am filling my dream journal fast again, since the new year i have gone through 80 pages in my latest dream journal. Of course, sometimes i do still wake up through sheer excitement, but i find that by closing my eyes while in the lucid dream, i can regain some self control and gradually my eyes will open and i can see a dream forming from nothing. I do not try to dictate my dreams, i prefer to let them flow naturally though i do offer suggestions, which naturally leads to amazing things! Thanks for the help, i appreciate it a lot =)
Last night was my first time trying to lucid dream, I was in a normal dream and was talking to a character about lucid dreaming and was literally explaining the method I tried. I didn't realise I was dreaming untill I was woken up by others in my house. I think I was too early to go back to sleep after the alarm so I didn't start sleeping on a period of REM

My first and only lucid dream I've ever had went like this:
I realised I was in a dream when I was in my school classroom, I went out the door that somehow went into my back garden and I tried to fly. It worked but I woke up a few seconds after flying because my *DUMBASS PILLOW* fell off my bed and woke me up
There are often nights where i have a really bad or good dream, and when i wake up i want to continue it. so i just lie there, imagining as the dream kept going.
It felt more realistic than just thinking, but at the same time i felt awake, i could still feel my pillow on my head, but my closed eyes saw something entirely different.
When I was younger (7-9 years old) I would experience random lucid dreams, to this day I partially remember those dreams

ive had 2 lucid dreams where i was locked into my dream. The first time i had to get out by hitting my head firmly with the 'heel' of my hand about 8 times. the second time i was being chased by a 6'3" robot which was adept at hand to hand combat. i had to run to the nearest traffic lane and jump in front of a car do deliver a hard enough impact to my head. none of these methods actually hurt me. in both dreams, i dont think they were dreams more than alternate realities ive glimpsed into because they were so convincing, i thought the first one was actual realty. i could think, i could feel, emotionally and physically, i felt pain, allbeit very little. i saw, not like how you see a dream, like through actual eyes, it felt so real, i even had a *pulse* that fluxuated appropriately. i realised i was sleeping when i started to notice the constant pressure of my pillow on my head, then i remembered i had school the next day so i had to ask everyone i saw how to wake up. i never ran out of energy so i had no problem running around the entire town until i just said screw it and started hitting my head. when i woke up it was 1 hour after i layed in my bed and the dream had to have been at least 3, maybe 2 hours so by that logic, next time i have a dream like that, im going to try to investigate my dreams more often.
I started a dream journel 5 days ago since I had a dream that I vividly remembered. I never ever dream, but these last 4 days I've remembered 1-3 different dreams every night.
You get 5-6 dreams *every* night, but u dont always remeber all of them.

Then I tryed to 3rd method and I entered the lucid dream from the awaken state THE FIRST TRY. It felt so awesome to literally enter a lucid dream from the awaken state. So magical

This is how I learned to lucid dream :) it was a long trip but this proves when you don't think you're gonna do something, try, and try again. Sorry for spelling errors cause it's 4:00 am and I just woke up from my first lucid dream! At least I am pretty sure it was...so basically I was on UA-cam and came across something called lucid dreaming in my recommendations, and it caught my attention. When I clicked on it, I was confused, then I educated myself on it by watching more vids about that subject. I ended up learning alot and my next goal in life was to have a lucid dream! I tried so many methods. I set my alarm, I did the finger method, I could just go on and on. I eventually started to lose hope. I knew I wouldn't be able to have fun in a lucid dream. So I threw the topic away. The next month I wanted to try once more. So this time I took it...like it was no big deal, because maybe the trick is just relaxing, not forcing yourself to. So then I let loose, thought about the fun I could have, did the finger method ever so lightly, then it happened. My ears tingled and my face numbed as I went into the lucid dream world. I thought it was real, and it was. First, I was scared something would happen, then I checked my hand...I didn't have fingers...okay this was 100% without a doubt a lucid dream at this point. So I said "I want a roblox world" don't ask ok It was late, I don't even play roblox, but what else would you think of. Then with the corner of my eye, by my brothers door I saw two little roblox characters. They were getting closer. I could wake up to the real world but then travel to the lucid world again....it was weird. When they come in my room I was so happy. I was thinking about my next wish until the real world had to wake me up :(
But that was super fun. It feels weird when you get in the dream but just hang tight :) it lasted like a minute so make the best of it. I will try tomorrow but I heard a hack where you spin 2 times to make it last longer. Anyways hope you enjoyed this and thx for reading.

I remember having a lucid dream when I was really young. Maybe 5 or 6 years old. It was sort of a nightmare because like the air on the planet was poisoned and everyone who inhaled it like started hating me and wanted to kill me. So I ran and ran. I knew it was a dream so I was looking for a way to wake up. I was thinking of jumping in a nearby lake but fought against it thinking I would still be in the dream after. I then saw a small crate on the ground, took it and hit myself. I woke up and to this day, more than 10 years later I remember every single detail. I have never had a more remarkable dream in my entire life.

That was the only time ago and after watching this, in my dream I actually realized for the first time in years that I was dreaming!!! I held my nose closed and I was still breathing. The last time I had a Lucid Dream, I remember being in a white room with nothing in it, and I was just sitting there on the floor. There were no doors or anything. It wasn’t scary or anything, it was relaxing, but I was confused as to what was going on. I remember going to bed, so I thought to myself, “How am I just randomly in a white room- WAIT.” Then it hit me. I looked at the wall, and I said “Make it pink..” pretty quietly. Then it turned pink. I was so excited that I was having a lucid dream! I was literally yelling “YES!” over and over again in my dream. I was thinking of all the possibilities I could do with this limited amount of time. I don’t remember much after that, except for flying around my town, and the one place I wanted to go to at the time was ‘closed’.
I think that was one of the only times I was aware I was dreaming, and my that was forever ago... I really want to experience that again, it was such an amazing experience!

Last year i became lucid maybe 20 times, but since september i have not had a lucid dream and i found my dream recall was failing miserably. I found this video a day after you uploaded it and i thought "hmmm, some good advice here", and some advice i probably missed or forgotten about, but since taking your advice, i have been lucid at least 7 times since the 10th of jan, amazingly i was lucid last night twice! My dream recall has also vastly improved since i began reading my dream journal before i go to sleep! INTENTION REALLY HELPS! It honestly does, i was determined to get back on track and i am filling my dream journal fast again, since the new year i have gone through 80 pages in my latest dream journal. Of course, sometimes i do still wake up through sheer excitement, but i find that by closing my eyes while in the lucid dream, i can regain some self control and gradually my eyes will open and i can see a dream forming from nothing. I do not try to dictate my dreams, i prefer to let them flow naturally though i do offer suggestions, which naturally leads to amazing things! Thanks for the help, i appreciate it a lot =)

Last night was my first time trying to lucid dream, I was in a normal dream and was talking to a character about lucid dreaming and was literally explaining the method I tried. I didn't realise I was dreaming untill I was woken up by others in my house. I think I was too early to go back to sleep after the alarm so I didn't start sleeping on a period of REM
