Hello sir I need some advice related to mortagage flat as I have purchased a mortagage flat n while civil work builder asked us if there is any modification frm ur side u can make it but as many ppl told us the flat is of vastu we trusted them n didn’t made any change at the civil work but today we showed veeresham vaastu person frm hyd n he said have to change the bathrooms now we are very nervous coz builder might not allow us to change.. there are some cluses in the agreement. Please help me in this issue whether I can change it as its interior wall change only. We didn’t shared this issue with the builder coz he might not allow us.

I have a question , there are 22units of duplex Villa per unit is 110sq yards and the villas are under construction. whereas builders said that they delivered villa possession till dec2020 .
1. So is it safe to buy this type of villa
2. Is this project falls under rera law or not

इस वीडियो के द्वारा आपने बहोत ही महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी साँझा की है इस के लिए धन्यवाद । मेरा एक प्रश्न है अगर आप कुछ समजा सके तो अच्छा होगा । अगर किसी इमारत का पुनर्विकास हो चुका है और बिल्डर ने उसके सारे स्क्वायर फुट लैंड की FSI का उपयोग कर लिया है तो अगले 20 - 30 साल बाद उस इमारत का पुनर्विकास का कार्य क्या हो सकता है ? और अगर हो सकता है तो उसमें जो फ्लैट ओनर्स है उनका किस प्रकार से फायदा होगा । कृपया जरूर समजाएँ 🙏🙏

I have purchased a flat as under construction property.Now it’s In finishing stage.Builder is asking us both the stamp duty charges and also 12% GST.i want to ask can’t avoid GST if get it registered after completion of construction as ready to move property?Thanks.
