For the age of 50, how would you suggest to buy the property? Jab apni property bechne jao kuch bhi paise nahi milte but buy karne jao toh bahut mehengi milti hai
I always thought under-construction flats were relatively cheaper. That is why people take the risk of non-completion because of the low price. If it is costlier than resale, then it makes no sense to take the risk of the flat not getting completed. I am confused.
Buying an under construction flat from a top-class builder is much safer and investors bet on these blindly. I bought a flat from a mid level company but only at 90% construction completed.
situation: married, both are working is it better to create an HUF, and buy property in the name of HUF. then husband pay emi and wife pay rent to HUF for the flat for maximum tax saving. and both husband and wife is having mutual funds. and whatever rent amount is coming to HUF can be invested in mutual funds. so we will have 3 income streams that will provide more tax saving on redemption on mutual fund LTCG in future?
If I bought a under construction property 1 year ago, then my mother sold a property and property gain money gifted to me. Then can I invest that money in my under construction property and save property gain tax for earlier sold property?
Excellent Video, which is truly informative and suitable for all earning persons. Now I'm exhorting you to make a video on how to sell apartments/houses wisely🙂🙂🙂
Sir you are correct because I have faced the same issues and I'm worried about my current situation. I had never saved an emergency fund but buy a construction property in 2017. I was jobless for 2 years after I was taken home loan which time was difficult for me.
Please make a detail video on explaining how resedential property is not a good investment considering finance angle. It gives rental income , property appreciation and also we get home loan at very low interest rate of 8- 8.5%. if adjusting this ROI with tax benefits with other benefits like PMAY and adding inflation we are getting loan absolutely free of interest. Which other asset class can you get loan at such low interest and benefits

Apart from stability, should we not try to buy a cheap and small commercial property as our first property in our mid 20s? A property lets say under 50 lakhs? If this is the right path, how to do this? Should we buy a small shop to rent it out for a cafe or business or maybe some shop in an upcoming mall in an under development area like Noida or Greater Noida?
Thank you so much for your valuable answers!! My question is related about GST, if Builder has started the construction on 1st April 2016 and still it is in under-construction and I have taken flat on 1st Aug 2020 and having size of 70 Sq. Mtrs. in Metropolitan City and flat cost is more than 45 lakhs (non-affordable), so what will be the GST charge. Is it 12% or 5%?
