I'm honestly really excited for the BrM changes. Every update we get leans deeper into making me want to play my monk for next xpac. If only the arathi leather gear didn't look like ass butt.
All that’s left is to make RJW passive like they did for WW and MW. Increase magic stagger to 55% or bring mystic vitality to the talents and make Nizao an2 min cd and bake WoO into it.
blizzard is spoiling us brews with less and less keybinds each update. Now we can even forget about angry Dave! Also i think we will eventually drop RJW in favor of special delivery due to the fact, that RJW was always picked mainly because it procced Resonant Fists along with catue, but they're all gone! (unless RJW gets a rework, which it might, cuz it just got one for mistweavers yesterday and windwalkers a couple weeks ago)
My biggest concern with what you highlighted is they've gone too far with the raid tankiness for no real reason. If this is the case, based on past experience I can totally see Blizz nerfing Brew in such a way that makes them one of the worst tanks in m+ again. As you said, I think brew is in a totally fine spot for raid. Most tiers it's highly beneficial to run a brewmaster in raid, it's the m+ side of things where brew needs love and it's 100% about time we had our moment in the sun as a top 2 tank in the m+ meta again
I don't think in Mythic+, any Blood DK will take Soul Reaper. It doesn't provide any defensive value, and why would you waste 1 rune when Death Caress provides bone shields for the cost of 1 rune? I think this talent at least for Blood DK is just a gimmick.
Disagree only because it's a huge boost of ST damage, which is great for bosses and priority targets. Sure, it's not a defensive skill, but it is very effective offensively and even in hard keys, you have points where you'll have defensive resources to spare. Having the tools to convert those runes I to damage is good, and at the current location in the tree, it's a very cheap investment!
Deaths caress is also not a very good button to press. It’s less efficient than MR and even in dungeons you want more offensive options on prio or boss mobs.
@fb-td1up you are comparing MR, which requires 2 runes vs. Death Cares only 1 rune. Of course, MR will provide better value all around, but I am looking at the value of using just 1 rune. To me, the trade-off to Soul Reaper is never worth it in any scenario. As a BDK main at 2300 RIO, I have never seen any BDK use Soul Reaper in any scenario.
@WoWatNight Even with the extra points you are getting in TWW, I still see no reason to get Soul Reaper. I've asked a lot of BDK, and Soul Reaper is still even an option for them. I guess we will see in TWW season 1 trend report.
really excited for the BrM buffs. Kinda sad that im not going to be playing the least played class though, so many people are going to be rolling monk if they stay this powerful.
@@WoWatNight the sad part is, if they tune in tier sets, we’ll face problems again, just like we did when we swap a defensive for an offensive, but just like u said “we’ll see” 😭😭😭😭😭😭
The new DK class tree, esp for non-tanks, has become the single most awful and useless class tree in the game. It is SO bad. I can’t believe that Blizzard couldn’t manage something more useful than this after this huge rework. It almost makes you mad, that they just crammed so much useless defensive garbage in there that almost no DPS who is doing mechanics and playing will could ever make use of. I can miss the capstones now at least and not feel bad. Though there isn’t much else in that tree that is better to take anyways
There's some really good value in the middle of the tree, but it all feels very upside-down. You get almost everything you want before you reach the bottom third. Then once you're down there, the capstones other than Abom Limb & Death's Echo barely do anything.

Magic stagger has already been increased this patch with a hotfix. I sits at 60% or so currently
@@felixW94 It was set to be increased in the hotifx but never went through. Magic is still staggered at 45% effectiveness.
This is true. RJW is probably due for a change!
I think they need to remove 2 point talent like other class and more armor would be super good

I took the talent on Brewster on live that gets rid of tiger palm and I use the tornado in its place. It makes the spec feel so good
It's a fun playstyle. Shame it doesn't deal more damage in raids!

It's true, but with how fun Windwalker is right now, kinda can't blame anyone for wanting to jump on the bandwagon!

Probably lower, yeah. It's a big fat "We'll see," since tuning isn't finished and Tier Sets are unknown for now. Could go either way.
