Prot Pally felt great. Only issue is that healing in general seems to have been nerfed and their healing support feels less impactful.
Otherwise it’s mostly the same prot pally with a few new bonuses

@@WoWatNight Yes, though most builds (assuming spec doesn't change) still eschew much of the support / healing talents, both due to too much throughput and defensive nodes being available AND the power of the healing provided feeling less impactful.
We'll see how it progresses, but most builds for prot seem to only have 1pt to spare that COULD be put into any of the healing nodes, and it might be better spent elsewhere.
main diff with holy armuments is that the dmg would be auto delegated to the pally, and scale off pallys stats, so they are unlikely to actually care, main problem was aug could work with other people multiplitively
That's true. Definitely feels like the core design could be a lot more interesting than a 1-minute cooldown on a simple damage/shield.

Consectration should have a talent called consecrated steps or some such thing and for the duration it follows the paladin.

Glyph of the Consecrator in WoD did this. It was fine when Consecration had no defensive component, but now that it does, that's basically equivalent to having permanent Barkskin or Demo Shout.
If RJW gave 20% DR, that would be overpowered.
They could just reduce the radius of consecration to make it only melee range as it follows.

Holy will never get the changes that it needs because of the vocal hold-outs for “range” paladin. Prot & Ret stand in solidarity while Holy gets filibustered.

Hello there Llarold, Wake of Ashes following your camera instead of your character PoV is much more impactful than it looks. I hate when you pop WoA and have to move and you miss let's say 3rd hit of WoA just because you had to turn.

How in the world talent “Crusader’s Reprieve” its not important?!? Melee range give you more free to move around boss (or trash in m+) avoid stuff and heals you for 2% of your maximum health its damn huge…i really hope its going a passive for all paladin or its a fail….the nerf our dmg reduction and our shield of vengeance by 10% yet, now we got both with 30% dmg red and 10% buff shield after we get no buffed shield and 20%dmg reduction …don’t know why all paladin always happy no matter what…no wonder we are not taken seriously..3:24 and I disagree whit almost all you said 🤣🤣🤣 i guess we are not playing the same game…btw its just an opinion so thx for your time
It's just autoattacks. Everything else in the kit is still 20-40 yard range.
@@WoWatNight autoattacks with talent its dmg + holypower generator, and in aoe they hit 4 additional targets so not so irrilevant imo, no mention 2% heal, paladin are great for nothing but resistance, after dmg reduction and shield of vengeance and now self heal nerfed not anymore i guess
