I really want to be a forensic scientist! It is kinda hard as well to find people who want to do the same thing, because people think it's weird and wrong...
As an incoming Anthropology freshman, it's really hard to find vloggers that are in this field. Thank you so much for your content! Best of luck to your dissertation ✨
Hello technical question here for any keen Premiere Pro users, does anyone know why my video might have got those glitchy effect things during export? I kind of like the effect honestly so I left them but I am still v confused 😄
Thank you honestly do much, I’m an 11 year old who’s very intrigued by discovering the story behind the skeleton. Seeing this, just upgrades my passion for forensics by a kilometre. Hopefully, I do well in high school and well in Uni and hopefully come out as a Forensic Anthropologist. My elementary school has this program for extensive students, and I have decided to do a project on Forensic Anthropology. I might come back to update this.. i don’t really know lol
I'm applying for Forensic Anthropology or forensic biology/archaeology next year :) I just realised I have that book (the human bone manual) already I've got a habit of buying textbooks at the minute 😂 Did it help much through out the course?
My older sister is at SUNY Geneseo as an Anthropology major she loves it there and the best part is she’s a whole 30 minutes away from me so we can’t fight like usual
I don’t know if you can answer that question, but would it make sense to study criminology and then move on to forensic anthropology? Because I should start next year, but I don’t know what to study, they’re both beautiful things to know!!
Tbh I'd say a biology or archaeology background would be really helpful. It depends on the anthropology course you eventually choose. Maybe look at Masters courses and see if they require any specific subjects. Criminology may help but I think thats more like the sociology of crime as opposed to Forensics. I might be wrong :) I have a course mate who did Forensics with Criminology at Greenwich uni and she then did very well at Forensic arch & anth. Maybe you could consider that?
Im in year 11 rn and deciding which a levels to do, do you think psychology, sociology and chemistry are fine for forensic science or do i have to do biology instead of one of them?
I think it’s best if you check some course requirements online for universities. Some may specify and others may just want certain grades. Regardless I think you’re fine with those :) however, when choosing a degree have a think about what kind of forensics person you want to be. Someone like a forensic pathologist will need more of a medical or anatomy background, whereas forensic archaeologist would benefit from archaeological and forensic investigation background. If you’re thinking CSI or general reporting forensic scientist I know many people who did forensic science as their course at undergrad and then the same masters as me. Hope that helps!
Ya we don’t get along that well when I was younger I used to get picked on a ton by her because she’s 5 years older than I am tbh I still get picked on by her so while she is at college was literally a dream come true for me
The truth is … there’s no jobs in forensics after uni … unless you’re willing to work for £22k which is rubbish for the skills and training obtained… oh I’m a master of forensic and analytical investigation…
Salad with noodles?! JAIL
Honestly throw away the key
Sesame Noodles, Salmon, Kale Salad with some kind of broth would be pretty damn good.

Can a medical laboratory scientist be a forensic analyst?
Im in year 11 rn and deciding which a levels to do, do you think psychology, sociology and chemistry are fine for forensic science or do i have to do biology instead of one of them?
Please let me know too if you found out :D
It’s recommended to get a bachelors in a hard science! chemistry counts as one so u should be fine :)
