I'm so excited to start this program! I've done a couple rounds of your free programs and I love how you have them set up and the music help keep me motivated. I'm wondering what time do you usually post the videos? I'm hoping to be able to get the workouts done early in the morning before the kids wake up . Thank you so much !❤
Hi Kaytlynn! Welcome! All workouts are typically posted between 7-9 pm eastern time the day before scheduled date (so, Monday’s workout is live Sunday evening), so I hope that gives plenty of time! There might be some slight variation in posting times, but this is the plan 🥰

Hi! I just found you and have been blown away by how awesome your workouts are! I am considering joining your channel so that I can have access to your different programs. I have a question first, though, and I hope you won't mind answering it. First, I am 55. It is advised that I strength train 4-5 days a week, incorporate 2 HIIT days, do daily walks and have 2 rest days. With your programs, when would I incorporate 15-20 minute HIIT workouts? Obviously, I can do my daily walks and you've got the rest days covered. Also, can I play around with the schedule as long as I do each workout each week? Thanks so much!
