bare mineral was my first foray into makeup too. I went into their store to use their phone bc I had a flat tire and I was covered in grease and soaking wet bc it was raining.... never wore a stich of makeup my whole life (super tomboy) and we ended up chatting while I waited for the tow truck for an HOUR and they offered me a job there.
don't ask me what they saw, but that's how I started in makeup, became a store manager in a year and now I'm a pro makeup artist. weird right??
if it wasn't for her seeing something in me that night, I NEVER would have ever ended up where I am now. I'm able to provide for myself and my family all because of a flat tire.

Back in my days, my generation, late 80s-early 90s. 😂my mom didn't call it winged or cat eyes, she called my eyeliner 'Egyptian' eyes. BAHAHHAHA! I always wanted to have a girl at least 1, but I had 3 boys rather. I wasn't ever girly girl, always been a tomboy, but I did like make up and when I put it on, mom called my eyes Egyptian eyes. lol the blue jean top took me back!
