For school with me, not only did we wear like 6 or more layers of mascara, our eyeliner took up most of our eyelid. No eyeshadow. Cat eye. In the waterline of the lower lash. Eyebrows were also done with eyeliner (the gel in the paint pot with the brush of course) and gone over with mascara to bring out individual hairs. Liquid foundation along with powder foundation. No concealer. And lip balm. That's it. That was the look.

Using fingers isn't bad for your pores. A lot of pro artists like Lisa Eldridge often use fingers. Tbh I think they're more hygienic than brushes and sponges cause they're easier to wash and we all wash our hands several times a day. If you just wash your hands before applying they're great tools
