Cherry blackout taste like a better version of the clear gatorade Bombiscle taste like less sugary and melted popsicle stick.
It's not possible for this to be the best tasting. The amount of active ingredients compared to other pres is pretty much double. Ghost pre workout is probably the best tasting pres around, dosage isn't terrible but not cost effective.
… you do realize if they give you the details on one scoop, they’re also giving you the details on two, right? It isn’t some mystery if they don’t put specifically what two scoops does. You just multiply it by two.
@@Swole_Jole nowhere close. Would cycle using it about 2 days and then 1-2 rest days inbetween or just working out without it. Have 0 family history of heart issues as well. Went to Ryse now and have no issues.
do you mean BCAAs or branched chain amino acids? I believe its recommended to take them before AND after a workout but unless you're doing fasted morning workouts theyre kinda pointless. You get all your essential amino acids from eating whole foods and even basic whey protein will help fill in the gaps. There's no real advantage to taking BCAAs and they're mostly a snake oil supplement.
Perhaps you're sensitive to caffeine? Or maybe another ingredient is giving you issues. I feel nausea too sometimes if I have too much caffeine so I try to lay off from time to time

My answer goes along the same vein as my answer for distance running, you'll benefit from the caffeine but other than that this product is for a better pump and recovery between sets for intense movements. You'd certainly benefit from using it for boxing but I personally wouldn't buy it if I intended only to use it for boxing
Bombsicle, Mojo Mojito, and Volcano Burst are 10/10, Fruit Punch and Firefly Lemonade are really good too but they get a bit boring after a while. You get the best flavor with 1 scoop.

Took a scoop of black cherry, tasted more like the artificial candy cherry than cherry soda which I was expecting, 6/10. Mixed into a while milky solution, kinda tasted like STEEL's amped. But was great when I started my workout. Managed to get that 1 out, felt focused and energised. Efficacy 9/10. Comparable to 4gauge in both improvements to endurance and pump. Both the taste, focus boosting and the way it mixes into a white solution reminds me of a more sensible version of AMPED by STEEL. Actually great if you are only half scooping AMPED because you can take a full dose
