Thanks for the review. I haven't taken a pre-workout in almost a decade but I'm older, almost 40yrs old, kids, wife, job, and longer commute. It was getting hard to actually workout when I got home. I tried coffee but that kept me up at night. I felt I needed a pre-workout with caffeine measured. I have high blood pressure and was a bit worried if it would make my heart pound like crazy but maybe a bit at the start but it leveled out throughout the session. I felt more awake but not as wired like with just plain black coffee. I plan to take this 4 times a week as I do upper lower split and was wondering about the nitric. Sounds like I'll just away from that one as it is more expensive and you're right I get a good pump anyway with proper training and diet. Thanks to you and some of the other youtubers, this product has me back on track!
The pump additive is just for fun in my opinion. Get the gorilla mode glycerol if you want to play with that. Its like $35 and has like 120 huge doses of glycerol. It works way better than the nitric pump stuff. I just tried some and my pump felt like it was going to give mr stretch marks lol. Hyper hydrated muscles go harder for longer too.

try applied nutrition pump 3g, and trust me dont underestimate it, just try it, proper OUMF and humongous pumps

@@TeamSolution perfect. I normally work out without caff or anything so thats great, especially since I will be moving my sessions towards the mid afternoon.
It sounds like you are just use to caffiene and stimulants. Some people cant take stimulants and its good to have that option. Or work out before bed.

Both products are designed to be 2 scoopers. That gorilla mode nitric at 2 scoops is the best non stim pre on the market atm (imo).

nitric doesn’t have any caffeine or stim ingredients get normal gorilla mode if you want the energy too bro
The best one for me was Excelsior (2 scoops on an empty stomach). Even though I couldn't eat for the rest of the day and sleep at night.
Excelsior is hard to beat! Great product!
