This was absolutely awesome Fouad, you’re attention to every tiny little detail says so much about you... you’re honest and hold nothing back and want us the viewers to benefit every bit as much as you do!! Love you’re content and have learned so much from you thanks!! 🇨🇦
I have watched a ton of workout videos and this goes near the top. Very informative and the way you explained movements was very detailed. Keep me coming.
Im a woman,.. 31years old. Living in sweden. And I adoooore these videos with you. When you talk to the camera.. its so natural. It feels like im there with you working out! You are such an amazing teacher!🙌🏻
Can you please do more of these?? If you don't wanna talk it's alright, let us see you workout and give your max. Even not competing you serve as an huge inspiration for some of us.
You know Paul is a true friend. Fouad you are a good dude for not jamming him up with that funnel. I love that he washed it down with your water. Great video. Stay safe and healthy.
When u working from home and listening n watching to Fuoad factual sermon. You start question your own training. Which is always a good thing when you consistently reassess tour training split
I have seen a million different training vids...BUT man, the way you explain everything and your personality alone are just great!!! I always lern something new...even after 16 years of training...love when you talk about and explain intensity, and to lower the weights to do have good form!!!! Loves from sweden!!
I always followed the advice of John Meadows and start with rear delts. Really opens up the upper back. They're definitely a must before I start any type of row.
Training videos on how you like to sequence your lifts for each body part would be dope. Explaining if you prefer starting off with stretching the muscle, shortening it, isolation movements, or compound lifts. Great back tips!
I get so much out of your training videos. I have implemented a lot of slight adjustments that you discuss to various exercises. I have been doing these exercises for years and this has bred new life into my psyche and stimulated muscle growth. Very grateful for you taking the time to explain. These videos are killer.
As someone just starting to get into the gym, this was easily the most comprehensive back training videos I’ve seen on UA-cam. Would love to see more of these for some of your other workouts!
I just found your channel a week ago. I have no idea why or what it is, but I'm drawn to you and the way you come off in your videos. I follow A LOT of fitness UA-camrs. You sir, are by far, the most down to earth, just regular dude. Idk how to explain it. Thank you for the content man!
Just discovered the channel today, I foockin looove the content. 5 star rating in my books. From meals to workouts! Love it!! Hope to someday be a sponsored bodybuilder.
Great video Fouad, informative and educational as always Also a side benefit I've found of building a big back through large amounts of volume through horizontal plane rows is improvements with my horizontal push exercises (namely bench) Correct me if I'm wrong, but I would imagine alot of horizontal row contractions will help horizontal pushes in the eccentric phase a bit, along with building up those stabiliser muscles
Everytime Fouad says he has average genetics or he has weak arms, i'm like Jesus if thats average my genetics must be negative 0... but i love to train so fuck it, great back training video.
Wow Fouad, the quality of your videos are getting better and better. I also like how you are explaining everything. I hope to see more training videos in the future! :)
Fouad dropping some serious knowledge bombs... visualizing your hands like hooks really helped me out :D.... Do a series focusing on all your workouts mate... Thanks!!!
Brilliant video can’t wait to try this one when we get back in still on lockdown just now in Scotland so very jealous just now 🤣 also love the way you emphasise lose the ego at the gym door and concentrate on form and safety 👍👊
The most informative channel on UA-cam! Ready to hit the gym tomorrow! Thanks for the great information, I need all the tips I can get started lifting late in life, but am obsessed now.
Could a do a Video on dos and don’ts of using wrist straps wrist bands or elbow sleeves ? How to properly use them. Love all your content keeps me pumped and great teaching thanks mike from ct
Ur a legend for the right reason fuad !!!! 34 min of pure knowledge no bulshit from gym coach's or UA-camrs full of filters ....bro thanx for just exist 🙏🙏🏆
Thanks for the constant motivation and training advice looking forward to seeing you onstage in the future. Great reminiscing with Frank McGrath. Pure Muscle and Fitness gym has to be one of the best facilities in Canada. Thx Fouad for sharing looking forward to the next episode.
Fouad , would you ever consider doing Hosstile’s training camps !? Small group 4-5 guys. Everyone on Hosstility and Bloodshot. Would be awesome. Id drive anywhere in Canada to do that with my boys for sure
Thanks for this Fouad. Two questions 1) you've been training with Paul for a long time; how about doing a video on your thoughts/experiences about a good & reliable training partner? 2) Any plans to get Frank McGrath on your show?
Great Back workout...Just happened to be my back day...loved how you explained, did the set, then went into detail...plus your intensity, you can tell how hard you were pushing it by your hooded T getting sweater as you went....I also liked the order of exercise to work for width..l usually start with pullovers then Pulldowns to warm up and start...by using one arm machine rolls second I was able to stretch and concentrate on one side at a time, then bent-over barbell rolls..I had to throw in close grip for 3 sets for 20 ( Its a have too thing) then finished with leaning forward lat pulls ( I did get a crazy pump) supersetting them at the end...keep posting the workouts, you are killing it.
Back day is tomorrow, this is perfect! Thanks Fouad! Edit: I posted before I actually watched the vid. This might be my favorite workout vid you've ever posted. Amazing amount of knowledge and tips. Thank you!
That version of the hammer strength one arm row is money..the way the plates get loaded..on the front...that and the seated calf raise version it’s just so much smoother

First day back in gym tomorrow, and back attack was my plan. Super psyched. Don't have the first machine, closest to it is using a lying hammie curl machine for it
Cluster sets look nasty but are a great idea. Thanks for that demo. Paul looks like he has 2 biceps (1 at the top part of his forearm) in 1 arm doing preacher curls. That's cool looking. Terry bring that intensity! You all are looking good.
ROW if you want to gROW. Well said. Especially the 2nd exercise you're doing, is my favourite, very good lower traps-romboids builder, I had neglected it for years.
Fouad really the mix of Joe Rogan of bodybuilding and everyones coach in the gym ps:we all aspire to have the friendship u and Paul have cause that shits amazing
There’s the scientists, then the broscientists.
Then there’s Fouad. You’re in a league of your own, man. Super helpful video as usual.

Another great video, Fouad, with some great pointers. Nice one!
Good quality info. Straight up back in the day, men wore watches on the left hand, and didn't wear pink.
Really helpful breaking down the order of exercises and the reasons why. Order of exercises matter with the details.
