Great video Fouad, informative and educational as always
Also a side benefit I've found of building a big back through large amounts of volume through horizontal plane rows is improvements with my horizontal push exercises (namely bench)
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I would imagine alot of horizontal row contractions will help horizontal pushes in the eccentric phase a bit, along with building up those stabiliser muscles

Great Back workout...Just happened to be my back day...loved how you explained, did the set, then went into detail...plus your intensity, you can tell how hard you were pushing it by your hooded T getting sweater as you went....I also liked the order of exercise to work for width..l usually start with pullovers then Pulldowns to warm up and start...by using one arm machine rolls second I was able to stretch and concentrate on one side at a time, then bent-over barbell rolls..I had to throw in close grip for 3 sets for 20 ( Its a have too thing) then finished with leaning forward lat pulls ( I did get a crazy pump) supersetting them at the end...keep posting the workouts, you are killing it.
