Fouad just might make the best training videos on UA-cam these days. Straight forward information on why certain exercises are selected and then tips on how to execute to get the most out of them. Solid 👍🏼
Just used your close foot stance advice with my stiff legs. I was amazed how much more hamstring activation it engaged moving my feet in a few inches each. Made 3 plates feel like 5 haha. Thank you for the tip.
You are always on point with the training. no bullshit content explaining and breaking down every exercise and getting all this info for free people who have not subscribed should they will get a lot out of these videos learn with hoss.
Yea i agree Fouad has to be the best trainer since he has learned from the best to ever live like Hany Rambod and John Meadows. It is why Bellichick is the best coach he learned from Parcells and other greats
People typically have lagging hamstrings because they don't train them hard enough. It's pretty much that simple. Mine really began to grow when I just went fuckin retarded on various leg curls. Hams, to me, are a part that responds best to stretching movements and time under tension. Rest pause, partials, forced reps, negatives, drop sets, you name it. Yes it fuckin hurts lol It's worth it when you see your hams start popping from the side. And heel presses. Anyone who doesn't do heel presses on the leg press, one legged or two you'll regret it
@@big_chungus73 Heels only at the top of the leg press. Obviously keep safety in mind. Pushing through hams and glutes, almost no quads involved, at least not for me.
I never noticed the amount of product placement in the intro with the $300 jug. No wonder I want one. Guess I know what I’m spending half my stimulus money on.

Can you describe what you mean by heel presses?

Great advice as always Fouad !! Looks like your calves grown been working any differently on them bad boys.??
Is this gonna be apart of your trainer series on the hostile website?
No, the videos on our UA-cam channel will not be part of a trainer series
About to go do hamstrings
Was DEAD after this workout. Thank you for sharing !
Fouad, have you always trained hams and quads separately or is that something you picked up as your career went on to isolate the growth?
💖❤💗
Wonder why he didnt reply. He's liking comments from a week ago
99% of gyms don't have that kind of glute ham. I think it was called inverse curl
Bad assssss
There's a difference between a nordic hamstring curl and a ghr. that's a nordic hamstring curl
