    Sahi kaha, gurgaon mein aisa ho rha hai. Luxury project sale nhi ho rhe . Kuch builder jaise signature global , m3m ,ashiyana ne launch ke baat rate ghata diye.
    Jo investor 20:80 ke plan mein enter kiye unko exit/sale nhi mil rha profit to door ki baat hai

      The interest rate is not only the reason for the price decline. A major problem for builders is higher inventory, if they can't able to sell these inventories they will give you the discounts and prices will be declined.

    Builders and brokerage platforms ne mil kar price inflate kara diye hain.. pichhle 2 saal me rates double ho gaye hain.. bina kisi logic ke.. demand me increase jhooth lagta hai.. sach baat to hai ki jobs primary and biggest reason hota hai demand badhne ka.. but jobs to cut hui hain badhi hi nahi.. Noida me..
    Survey hona chahiye and regulations lagni chahiye

      You should consider NH 24 and Siddharvihar location, you may find a good deal in between 6-7K also try to find a resale unit.

    Bhaisaab noida me is time 25-30k flats khaali pade hain..koi buyer nahi hai unka! Builders aur dealers ki haramzadgi ki koi seema nahi hai..aur logo ki bewkoofi ki bhi koi limit nahi

      Rate nahi 4 din mein bhadte hain aur na hi 4 din mein kam hote hain. Last 4 months se sale down ho gayi hai property mein, ab rate mein girawat aapko saal ke end Tak dikhna shuru ho jaayegi, ye mera anumaan hai, baaki aapko kuch purchase karna hai to jaroor kijiye, kanhi aap bhi baad mein ye na bolein ki aapne mere chakkar mein nahin khareeda.

      50 thousand ka price deserve karta hai yamuna expressway next 10 se 20 saal kuch nahi hoga waha ap history dhek sakte ho noida ko basne mein 40 saal Lage abhi bhi kai sector Khali hai greater Noida 30 saal mein bas 50 percent occupied hua hai yamuna expressway plots 2009 mein launch hue the 15 saal ho gaye abhi 0 percent occupied hai next 20 saal kuch nahi hona agar sahi price mein kuch mile to investment ke liye lelo lo but price thik hona chahiye 👍👍

      Invest only in Authority Plots but not more than 50k per square yard. Yamuna expressway is not the area for 1 Lakh sqyard

      Greater Noida Mai to teen char sector ko chhor kar kahi bhi liya to keemat to karodo mai hai...rental 3 se 5 hazar.... mazdoor ya taxi driver rahte hai....kuch sector to aise hai jaha wo bhi nahi rahna chahte.....makan band pade hai....samajh hi nahi aa raha itni mahngi property kaun le Raha hai.....
