Please make a video on Crossings Republik township. I explored Noida extension but the prices are not justified now & flats are small. I found Crossings Republik is far better than Extension. Big flat size, reasonable rates, develeped locality, bang on Delhi-merrut expressway, near to Noida & Delhi. Main thing it is freehold. 🎉😊
Crossings Republik is a sham, private township where you pay township maintenance charges and then have to pay house tax. You have no connectivity since last 13 years & no plan for any connectivity in the near future. Yes property dealers and politicians will show you news paper cutting of multiple road connectivity promises but they all are fake. Electricity is another problem and unplanned outage throughout the year is another issue. No ganga water, waste treatment plant in the vicinity, industrial area with carbon factory fuming thick smoke is another issue. No public transport, in short all bogus!
