Authority, builders are gunda, financiers are manipulators by deploying huge cash 1/ No public transport 2/ Life threatening weather (pollution, summers) 3/ Huge land parcels are vacant or blocked by investors 4/ Increasing traffic by each day Stay on rent till you earn, invest somewhere else (RE, gold, equity, land) and get out from here ASAP 😄
If you are thinking like that then every city in India is corrupt. Because none of the city have good public transport except Delhi and Mumbai. If you are talking about pollution then the whole of North India is facing the Pollution problem. And those cities who are generating the Jobs will face traffic problems.

Which North Indian city levy both stamp duty and transfer charges (due to leasehold structure) on RE dealings? Why no stern laws for exchange of cash in RE dealings? Why did the Authority stop the bus services started during pre-covid times? Why nothing is done to minimise impact of pollution? Simple - When authority is charging something for itself to manage city, it should do something productive for the people.
