    Aap bhi to itne costly inventory batate ho ki wo medium family ke pahuch ke Bahar hota hai, aur aapka video koi bada log to bilkul ni dekhtta, aam log hi dekhte hai. So make videos for aam public only plz.😂😂

    It’s high time govt should put one intelligence officer to check corruption done by builder or housing societies management. If up govt doesn’t take sufficient action now Noida will always behind to South Indian metro IT cities. Second lakhs of tree need to be planted in Noida to make it cooler in summer

      Correct.Moreover population has tremendously increased in the area but govt has not opened any new hospitals and dispensaries.Thetr are no parks in Noida extension like we have in Noida.

      6k per sq.ft. to 12k per sq.ft. Rates depend on the builder and the quality of the project.

    Noida seems like a fraudulent city .. almost 80% of the property is unregistered or the builder is bankrupt

    Noida is becoming the most corrupt city in terms of real estate. Authority, builders are gunda, financiers are manipulators by deploying huge cash
    1/ No public transport
    2/ Life threatening weather (pollution, summers)
    3/ Huge land parcels are vacant or blocked by investors
    4/ Increasing traffic by each day
    Stay on rent till you earn, invest somewhere else (RE, gold, equity, land) and get out from here ASAP 😄

      If you are thinking like that then every city in India is corrupt. Because none of the city have good public transport except Delhi and Mumbai. If you are talking about pollution then the whole of North India is facing the Pollution problem. And those cities who are generating the Jobs will face traffic problems.

      @@propertyduniya there is no transparent dealings in Noida. I agree that pollution and traffic will be problem, but why don't Authority take any concrete action?
      Which North Indian city levy both stamp duty and transfer charges (due to leasehold structure) on RE dealings? Why no stern laws for exchange of cash in RE dealings? Why did the Authority stop the bus services started during pre-covid times? Why nothing is done to minimise impact of pollution?
      Simple - When authority is charging something for itself to manage city, it should do something productive for the people.

      Saare bade se bade builders yahan insolvency file kr dete h 10 saal se zyada projects latke pade h construction bas chal rhi h aur chalti hi jaa rhi h koi ata pta nhi kab puri hogi, hogi bhi ya nhi?
