Density is important but just olay 25% role, another 25% is open space and greenery in project itself,next 25% is size of appartment, (should be min 3000 sqft) and last but not the least is amanites like heated swimming pool, triple height lobbies, 1L + sqft club , per lift appartment ratio etc.
I have a flat in kalpataru vista sector 128 and waiting for the possesion ....and totally agree with your observations on this project..... other projects were also reviewed and commented very aptly...great video...
