    I love that you have so many routine styles. I could do just this and I'm sweating, I could do one every 2 hours to get moving even if I have a lot of work, or I could add it to others to build my own routine. You're amazing ❤🦵

    I did the mistake of doing this workout after my 35 minutes lower body strength training and now i am huffing and puffing like hell😂
