- Today's mission is simple: Gun Run. Morgan is still training at Gold's Gym, leading up to his contest in Culver City, CA. His trainer Eric Favre is putting him through his paces. In this episode of Iron Diaries, we see the shredded beast murder his bis and tris in a brutal training session!

You're the king of the gym and this guy walks in, you only do 8 reps and he only does 6 reps and walks out

Would it be a pain to request subtitle edit input? Much easier then having to jump back and forth with French and English and wondering like "wtf is everyone saying on the team at once" and random mini conversations with them and fans that speak French, that no translation was said when Morgan speaks to the French fans, like at Muscle Beach. Would much appreciate it! :) New fan of Morgan, after newly discovering these videos! Inspires me to keep going after 6 and a half years training and the times i feel i will never make it or meet the right people to help guide me to the right path, with Morgan being 6'3 and I 6'4 270lbs and stuck at that weight no matter what i do.. It's nice to see someone taller then average and being so massive, gives me that hope to keep pushing and never quit!

I appreciate this video. He shows a good example of doing reps controlling the weight and posture. Now, don’t be intimidated by the amount of weight he’s using of course, but you can do light weight controlling the rep squeezing at the top of the rep, break the muscle fibers to build. I’ve noticed good gains by keeping form and using weight you can control. Don’t worry about what else or how heavy the person is next to you is lifting. Oh and breathing as well.

Respect to Morgan who is so sacrificed on his goal. But I'm pretty curious about his couch, does he really know about aesthetics in bodybuilding? Morgan is massive, verrrry massssive, but that's all. Traps-way too big, shoulders-way too small in comparison with his arms. Legs need a lot of work to get more separated. All in all, current shape doesn't even look close to Mr.Olympia standards.
