- It's been decades since The Pit at Muscle Beach had gawkers and fans staring at the giants and freaks who lifted there. But 350lb competitor Morgan Aste is bringing its popularity back! Catch this insane outdoor workout he does with his trainer Renee, and our own DaveMadMax. He's on point for his competition Sept 5!
