REALLY good job! Not only is this a great tutorial for this specific board, but also it's just a great audio engineering tutorial in general for someone who's less experienced-talking about all the basic settings you'd need to adjust!

I use my X32 as the center of my studio, because it can be used as an excellent-quality 32-channel audio interface. The X32 is less expensive than a 32-channel audio interface, plus you get all the mixer, buses, FX and other features on top of it all.

I used it last year consistently and using it again soon and was thinking about buying the mini for myself to own and use as an audio interface. Was wondering why it isn't done more. Studio mixing desks are overrated ahah, ofc they each specialise differently, this is objectively better live and those are objectively better mixers for recording but still.

Something that maybe needs to be addressed... While the input meter looked perfectly fine, the amount of gain dialed into that SM58 to get that level certainly looked excessive (and not just a little bit). Typically, if a user was to need that much gain on an SM58 (even when used for speaking), I'd be suggesting they look for a problem in the signal chain between source and console (like a bad mic or "one legged" mic cable).
Was there perhaps something else connected inline between the SM58 and the X32 (a padded splitter perhaps)?
In any case, the information presented was solid. The metering was fine as well. I'd just reinforce to follow the input meters for gain, and tell viewers that the amount gain that was applied to the SM58 in this video, to get that input level on the meters, was way higher than the gain knob would normally ride to achieve that input level on a vocal. And that is typically a sign of a problem or misapplied setting on an outboard device, etc. somewhere in the signal chain between mic and console.

Fantastic board! Gorgeous! Really does seem user friendly, too. I love it. Great demo, Mitch. Thank you. I’m curious about what it weighs. Visually, it appears to be quite heavy. However, I’ll bet Behringer put deep concern into that aspect as well. Bravo, Lads!!

My Only Wish Is To See These Demonstrations Combined With The Popular DAW'S (FL STUDIO, LOGIC, PROSONUS) Ran In Windows And Or Mac. I'm Sure Most People Would Love To Know These Things, Because The 32 In and Out Via USB Is EXTREMLY COMPLICATED... Especially With How Do We Set It Up With Ethernet So We Can Control our DAW's From The X32 and or From our X32's To Our PC's DAW... WE ARE SO LACKING IN HOW TO DO This.

This console might be the one exception. Behringer is terrible, and Midas’s M32 is clearly superior. But you will not get the functionality and flexibility you can get out of an X32 on other consoles in the price range.

Great mixer but I prefer Presonus Studiolive III, is also an amazing mixer! But X32 eat the market and win over the Studiolive at that moment (more that 12 years ago). Every time that I have the option to choose between X32, M32, or Studiolive III, i always choose Presonus Studiolive series III, I mean SL16III, SL24III, SL32III, or the actual SL32SC, SL32XS OR SL32S.
Working with X32 is fine, but I feel the StudioLive more intuitive and friendly user. Both are amazing mixers.
