One extra hack by me for when you have period cramps: When you have cramps in class and can’t focus. Just focus on the teacher and writing your note because if you keep yourself occupied the pain eventually goes away. The more aware you are of any kind of pain, the more it increases so just keep yourself busy!

What you should include in the pouch: Pads, tampons, stain remover pens, pain-killers, spare packs of underwear, wet wipes, and hand sanitizer. Note: For the underwear, I'd suggest making sure it is a dark colored one. Hope this helped.

One extra hack by me for when you have period cramps:
When you have cramps in class and can’t focus. Just focus on the teacher and writing your note because if you keep yourself occupied the pain eventually goes away. The more aware you are of any kind of pain, the more it increases so just keep yourself busy!

Pads, tampons, stain remover pens, pain-killers, spare packs of underwear, wet wipes, and hand sanitizer.
Note: For the underwear, I'd suggest making sure it is a dark colored one.
