1998 Ford Explorer 4.0 fuel filter change and damaged fuel line.

A simple filter change turns into a hours long process to remove and repair (luckily) a damaged fuel line. Of course it had to happen on Christmas day.

I was thinking there was no way you were going to be able to reuse that line connection. But, I guess it doesn't have to be perfectly round after all. Who knew?

I wouldn't have bet on it either. Glad it did. Didn't want to waste a day getting parts to make one.
