I probably should have mentioned that you can switch wards by interacting with the Ferry/Airship NPC near the Housing District entrance, or by walking outside the housing zone(near the entrance).
"Getting land is really difficult so most people have to get an apartment"
I thought this was Final FANTASY not the real world
Lol
I would think that having an apt or owning a house would at least offer a Free teleport to that location. I went with the apt, thank you for your time and video!
Yeah that would be really nice!
It's a natural gil sink to prevent inflation.
Very nice 😁👍
Thanks again Blac-san! ^.^ I'm glad you touched on this aspect of the game, because as a sprout who recently entered Heavensward I still don't know how to go around this since I want a house of my own.
An apartment or an FC room are great starters as they are both the same size and cost very little. 300k for FC room, 500k for apartment. The apartment is truly yours though.
@@JackSplains True, but if I want to have a stable with my house I guess I'll need to opt for one with a yard. And if so how much would that cost?
Apartments come with chocobo stables and most FCs put one down if they have a plot of land. You can buy a chocobo stable for any size plot, for 125k gil at the housing merchant in the housing districts.
@Nah I've been losing a lot of subs due to switching what I cover[FFXIV], and people losing interest in PSO2 as well, however I'm also still gaining a bit, so I'm basically staying still at growth. I haven't really been putting out much content, so that's also a huge contributor, however
I plan to post more freqeuntly. I've always treated this more than a hobby and hope to make it my "career" one day, or at least be one of my main focus's in life.
Thanks for taking interest.
Can I relocate my apartment to another location like a house??
I had an apartment years ago and I just came back and I don’t have the teleport to it?
Yo bouncer has launched and i feel like it has PAs which has more depth and mechanics than any other classes yet, a video on it might be helpful XD
I honestly don't think I'll be covering pso2 again for a while. I tried bouncer on Ngs and its my favorite class so far but I have no interest to log into the game and play it anymore. I might touch back on Ngs classes after the winter update, when there's more skills, lvl cap increase, and class balancing.
@@JackSplains I see, take care :)
@@JackSplains Dang you were immediately the person I had in mind after trying to understand Bouncer. I'll just stick with the classes I know for now.
(halfway through the video) ok I got this! (proceeds to try to figure out how to rotate objects and doesn't left click to confirm changes) ..... ok maybe I should watch all of this....
:D It do be like that sometimes
So if you buy an apartment at The Lavender Beds now, you can then later sell it to buy an apartment at Shirogane instead? Did I get that right? I'm asking because I'm nowhere near unlocking Shirogane area, and I could really use an apartment NOW.
You have the gist of it but there's a few things I'd like to clarify. When you want to change apartment locations you don't sell your existing one, nor do you get your money back. You first need to remove all the items in the housing menu in the apartment. Then either go to estate settings, or the lobby npcs and select Vacate. After that you go buy another apartment in your desired location, which you have to shop around for, just like the first one you got.
@@JackSplains That's actually not too bad. Quite reasonable even. Thanks! :)
quite sad that you can't see the through the windows. at least no upkeep.
Yeah it's all purely cosmetic. I understand why but it's unfortunate
