1 lb shrimp
1 1/2 lb shallots/ red onion
3 lb jicama
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp chicken soup mix
2 tbsp oyster sauce

I want to thank you for the ingredients, but I made this today and you did not mention that I have to chill it for a few hrs before frying it. It was a disaster. Broke into pieces. Next time tell people after steaming it u have to chill it for a few hours before frying it so it wont break. Also add eggs ladies n gentleman's. 😁
