(For this Recipes we can just fry the cake after we form it in to round shape ,Don't need to steam it if you wish ,But the frying time maybe need longer than the cake that we steamed )
Note : If you like the firm dough than this add 1 more cup of rice flour for this Recipes .
Serve with sweet and sour sauce with some chili paste in it and it taste so yummy !
For the color mark just use 1/2 tsp. of flour and 1/2 tsp. of water is enough .
To form the cake you can just put the gloves on and use some vegetable oil on the gloves .
Ingredients for the dough
1 cup of rice flour (use 2 cup of rice flour if you want a firm dough than this ,This recipes turn out a really soft cake ,if you like it soft , just follow this recipes is fine )
1 cup of sweet rice flour
1cup of tapioca starch or corn starch
3 cups of boiling water
1/2 tsps. of salt
1 tbsps. of vegetable oil (mix well)
for the chive leaf filling
about 1/2 pound of chive leaf (cut them in to 1 inch long)
some chopped garlic
1tbsps of sugar
1tbsps of oyster sauce
1 tsps. of chicken flavor mix

Good to hear that Friend . We are so comfortable in Khmer language ,because we were born in Cambodia .And the reason why we choose both languages (Khmer and English)in our VDOs ,because some of our Younger generations were born over sea and most of them can understand better English than Khmer language , so we just try what we can ,hopefully this will works for them who want to learn how to cook our traditional foods and Nom(s).I'm just a simple house's wife that spending most of the time in the Kitchen ,thank you for stopping by our channel Friends .Have a good weekend to you all .
