Somlar KoKo | Camodian/Khmer Pork Rib Vegetable Soup

INGREDIENTS
Pork ribs
Kroung ( see recipe in previous videos )
Garlic
Tumeric powder
Baby eggplant (optional)
Prahok ( fermented fish paste )
Grounded Roasted rice powder ( a must )
Fish sauce
Sugar
Green beans
Eggplant
Kabocha pumpkin
Shredded Papaya
Water
I usually add some type of leafy green to this soup but couldn't find it at the time. But there usually found at the asian market with long stems and round small leaves. ( not sure what there called lol ) but this is pretty much how I make this delicious soup! I hope you all will give it a try :)
