Just wanted to share that I just completed my first workout with this piece of equipment and I can confirm, that at least for me, this has been the most demanding workout by far!! My shoulders started burning within the first 2 minutes. Great piece of equipment, really worth it!
@@TannerCoxCPA sure! Great addition to my home gym. BTW, also a CPA here, so I'm glad I found your channel with this kind of content. Balance is everything and many times I found myself struggling between the demands at the office and a healthy/active lifestyle. So thanks for sharing!
I am really curious about this piece of equipment since I saw it in a Brock Lesnar training video! If you have to compare this with the Powerball (that I already have) what can you say about? Does this target only shoulders?

Thank you for the review and your thoughts on the device. I have the adjustable tension one and totally agree with you, great workout. I'm surprised at the tone of some of the comments, but, that's the Internet, brings out the nasties :)
2:23 He does high intensity interval training at 30 seconds intensity and 30 seconds rest for 10 minutes, so that's about 5 minutes worth of intensity... I can do peak number eight h i i t with this

You could and it might work well for a round or two but as fatigue sits, I’d expect form to slide and consistent banging of the dumbbells together or inconsistencies in repetitions

Got to a cross fitt gym or just get free weights if your starting, this is worth 180 you could get nice cheap bench set up or free weight set up and I’ve used a speed bag and there’s no ways this good simulator for actually boxing technique, just wanna say this for new people cause this is a scam if your just getting started
By no means is cheap, but it’s made with quality and it’s something small enough that you can take with you on the goal easily. Convince, ease of use and quality come with a cost.
@@nichts_als_die_Wahrheit Just important to make note that not everyone has the same goal of say “get big” - which I don’t believe is ever promised with this type of equipment. Looking for something to warm up the shoulders and arms before a workout or race or competition then this could be helpful. Wanting to “get big” with just this won’t happen

Lol 2 minutes? that's a long time to start feeling any burn
I have the Spinning Burn version of this, same thing. It’s a highly effective strengthening tool, especially combined with using a gyroscopic ball.
this tool is an absolute game changer - do keep in mind that you will see results based on effort
treated it like an assault bike for the arms
I have a 12 pound model , man this is a good addition to my workout
People under estimate the burn you feel from this 🔥
@@TannerCoxCPA I’m starting out with 30 second intervals at a fast pace . That’s all I can handle right now.

Thanks for this video. I’m going to get one.
I just scored a chrome one at a Thrift Store for 8 dollars. My arms hurt already.
Talk about an amazing find!! The workout is no joke 😂
@@TannerCoxCPA It's like having a Battle Rope and a Punching Bag in one. So little Space required. LOVE it. :))

I can’t find the workout bar that they used to sell. This is the best thing I ever bought. I love this just wish they still sold the full bar too
I went with the 12lbs, eventually if you keep using it, you will grow out of the 8lbs, heavier means less reps but good work out
I'm thinking of getting the 18lb version for that exact reason.
Great video!
So I have two tears in my shoulder iam looking for something to workout without so much stress on my shoulder
Beginning of the video: you said you're an accountant. Say no more! Subscribed!
Thank you for subscribing! 🤓
If you combine this with like a bike or treadmill that's heck workout right 🤔
Hahaha I won a spin on temu and got one for 3$. I chose 65lbs resistance though I might be cooked

Can’t you just hold two small dumbbells and use the same arm/hand movements?

That makes sense. Appreciate the response.
Dammit
Thank you.
You think this is good to get toned defined arms for women who don’t want muscular arms???
I'm going for the 18lb version...
This thing is MURDER
It’ll light up your arms and shoulders 💀

not a scam at all. It's an amazing workout tool.
Way to expensive, which is a shame.

Blah blah blah blah blah blah
Bullshit! And money making! There are a lot of exercises that you can do for free without this bullshit.
Absolutely no argument there! Vast majority of movements you can do for free with the use of your own body weight
