Great points about how someone lifts 20 lbs compared to 90lbs, it is different. It becomes moving weight from point A to Point B. I have done it and it is way less effective unless you just want to get stronger in moving things.

Im either doing this correctly already... or iam TOTALLY doing this... and for whatever reason, I am having a hard time understanding how to "do" this. Mike is explaining it like a kindergartner could understand, but... I have a feeling if Mike was training me he'd be like.. "Zombie hands!"
I try to explain this to my brother in law about pull downs. You should be able to manipulate feel a lighter weight to see how a heavy weight should feel.

Yeah right. The people in the thriller music video have way better movement and are way less rigid than most losers or “weight lifters” out there. Still see literal cardboard box rigidness EVERYDAY. Physique never changes….Or you could just lower the f***in weight
