I use fireblade.org mate. First 1 i came across tbh. i did fix the gear select problem by replacing the shift spring and shift arm and my shifts are now more precise.
The dogs look like new man. Have you measured the thickness and inner size? Do you have the Haynes workshop manual to see the proper sizes? Looks like the metal clutch plates are worn? Are the metal clutch plates flat?

My son has a 2013 Fireblade he is just back from Wales as you do lol, he can,t engage 6th gear . Any suggestions ?
