2002 CBR 954rr Transmission Part 0

The start of a new little series....
2002 CBR954RR transmission change. Whole bike will get rebuilt..... ok touched up. Big job is the trans., So here is a 2-3 part series on the trans. and getting the bike going.
Were taking the gears out the bottom..... FUN!!

Hi there buddy. My 954 4th gear has gone! How did you find the rebuild? Any video of the strip down and re-build?

I bought the gear set from ebay I believe. Unfortunately no footage on the rebuild, half the gopro footage was corrupted and I never uploaded it.

Does the engine have to come out to change a gear? I thing the dogs on 4th on mine are worn down.
