- Join me as I unbox and examine my new WBP milled Mini Jack pistol in 7.62x39! This non traditional receiver is the latest offering from Wytwornia Broni Popinski WBP Poland. It is threaded for an M4 buffer tube in the receiver and the barrel is threaded 14x1LH for muzzle devices.
Stay tuned for more on the Mini Jack!
As always, I'm a student of firearms and am always learning. My opinion is worth exactly what it cost you, nothing. My opinions are based solely on my personal experience as a consumer and these videos are simply a way for me to share my journey with you. Thanks for watching. Been 2 years with this gun...bone steel foldable brace..kns piston..DTK2 muzzle..alg trigger..by far my favorite AK out of 5...smooth AF💨🔥🇺🇸
i "took the plunge" as well. i love it. haven't shot it but stared at it for hours. compared it to a slr 101s. its right there. the 101s is smoother but it has had a couple thousand rounds threw it. For the traditionalist who say buffer tube ruins the ak. I think it enhances it.
Nice gun the stamped ones are nice also
Great video
I really like the mini Jack, but we really need some more rooster's giving the call of the wild. lol :)
Super great gun i love this gun.
no need to cut the plug, it can be turned out from the inside of the receiver. This is how I did mine.
What type of tool did you use to break it open? I've taken out the trigger group to give me some room but I can't get this to budge. Really don't want to cut it.
Ahhh, finally got it. Took a 3.4MM wire and made a quick tool to fit the large x pattern and it broke so easy.
@@UnitedArmory Glad you got it, I used a punch to turn the plug :)
Yeah
I'm not fond of the M4 buffer tube threading. I would have preferred they went with 1913 Picatinny rail instead. Either way, I hope they come out with a full sized rifle version as well, especially in 5.56.
Have mini Jack will travel
The rooster seems to approve
What adapter did you use to mount the brace in your thumbnail? I know the brace can be mounted on the non milled version of the mini Jack with drilling a hole but I’m curious how it is done on the milled version. I don’t want to run an ar style buffer tube.
I used a KNS adapter with the triangle folding brace originally. It wasn’t stable enough for me. I’ve since switched to a tailhook mod 2. I don’t like the AR tube on an AK either, just had to go that route in this instance.
@@dfwguncleaning7523 understood. That’s a bummer. I really want the milled mini Jack but that ar buffer tube is a real downside. Thank you for the helpful info I really appreciate it!
Does anyone know if the Milled Mini Jack take the same handguard as the stamped MiniJack?
1st m92 never had a bulged trunnion 2nd milled receiver doesn’t have a trunnion
I almost made the jump for this but man I really don't like that plug at all nor the lightning cuts....to me this looks like a tacticool ak vs an aggressive traditional milled AK if that makes any sense. I am sure it will run
where can i get one? everywhere i find one, its out of stock
Arms of America has them
How much does it weight? I wanna compare it to the zpap92 that’s 6.6 lbs
Mine weighs 7lbs 1oz with the SBA3 brace and an empty mag. My older m92 non bulged trunion with empty mag and SOB47 brace weighs 6lbs 15oz for reference.
How did you install the brace in the thumbnail?
I used the KNS compact AR adapter.
how does wbp compare to zastava in terms of quality?
I don’t really have a fair comparison since my WBP is milled and my Zastava is stamped. Additionally, I haven’t shot the WBP yet. Fit and finish seem to be far superior on the WBP though.
Both manufacturers are high quality . I personally prefer the Polish
Can't go wrong with fb Radom or wbp, they share parts. I love and own zastava's, they're great. Zastava has done such a good job getting fanfare that I think QC has slipped a bit within the last year. My gas block on the m92 is not straight. I wouldn't say canted, but not drilled concentric to the profile (bored/drilled hole crooked). It has not malfunctioned, but the bolt has damaged some mags. It is like the whole action is misaligned.
If you can inspect the zastava and it looks good, it is.
The polish is true AK
I like so much pls tell me price in u.s.dollars .
These are 1250usd
That shit is badass for sure but it costing more than DOUBLE what the stamped one cost. I don't really see the point . Cool gun not worth the money
thats what i thought at first but its milled nicely...i think i will buy it over a zpap
