3500 is hefty but well worth it. Altogether i spent 2500 to put corsa and longtubes on my truck. Car sounds badass though.i bet it still quiets down when cruising. Thats what i like about corsa
Regarding the crappy oem tips, I was quickly cleaning them the other day, my hand slipped a little and the razor sharp edge sliced my finger open with a really deep gash...so a word of warning when polishing those oem tips, take your time. Hard to believe Ford would cheap out and not even have oem rolled tips. 😒
I have the same setup on my supercharged 18 and it absolutely screams. I find that people either love it or hate it. Personally I think the only way to describe it and do it justice is to just call it "aggressive." Lol

Im using a BBK long tube, BBK X-pipe (no cats) with the Corsa Xtreme axle back, and it so awesomely loud that even on the freeway at 75, if I slip the clutch and jack the throttle....poeple snap there head to see what that sound was, I'm often louder than Harleys, lol. You cars sounds GREAR and much better than the other set up you had. Good video. Keep 'em comming.
@gpquinney I travel on the highways pretty much all day every day. My car being a manual with active rev match, as soon as I downshift a gear in fast lane people get out of the way fairly quickly lol love it!
I mean I like loud but there is such a thing as to loud. Theres always gunna be 'that mustang guy' that has to have the loudest car possible. At least you can turn it down some with the active exhaust
sounds good bro. I have no cats and lts on my 18 as well with x and stock mufflers to keep it quiet.. I dont have active exhaust from ford but made my own with hooker electric cutouts to be loud stick mufflers actually dont sound bad considering its factory but loud is my go to.
Do you remember which way the springs on the actuators are installed? There's only two ways they can go on and I've seen them installed in both directions and no one can tell me the "right" way.

Have some cool neighbours that love it and a few that would rather see my car catch fire haha I had originally planned on Longtubes before winter but I’m holding off now as I’m going to have to add some kind of resonator once they go on. You chose an awesome system as I have that on my 16 GT and it's just a perfect balance between great sound when you're letting it go, no drone and not obnoxiously loud! In Canada the axle back setup alone runs us $1200CAD+ from AM!

going full corsa ur maintaining the 3in out for better flow and more hp and torque right? so its not just paying 2k for different tips lol. Come on next bi weekly 5300 take home check from working 80hr average a week being how easy for various reasons .
I agree with you on the fact that Ford should have done better with the tips. But then again, Ford knows that Mustang guys are going to change their exhaust anyway. So why increase the cost? I disagree with you though that I don't think there are any exhaust tips that align as nice as the factory tips. Either they are too long sticking out or round and awkward looking.
I think only LTH a new comer to the s550 is the only other one that has a full front to back setup with a remotely decent sound. However I do not know if they have an active system... Corsa ftw.

Nice set up , I went with the Borla ATAK 3'' Catback X-pipe !

The factory tips are too small. It's the first thing I notice on the 18+ gts. The 4inch tip fill the area much hetter
