I was just wondering did you ever have any issues with your Corsa muffler baffles or valved exhaust tips rattling like crazy. I have a 2019 GT. I've had the course of exhaust on it for about 20,000 mi. I have had to replace the passenger side muffler three times now. Each time the replacement muffler rattles in sport and normal mode but was fine in quiet mode and track mode. Then I started to develop a light rattle in the driver side. So I called Corsa up again and Mike in their warranty department was excellent. He decided this time she just replaced the whole system which he promptly sent out a full axle system with new valve tips. I've currently had this new system on the car for about 2 weeks. Now this morning cold start passenger side valve seems to be vibrating. Once again. I noticed taking it out of the box that the valve shaft had a bit more movement than my current valve tips had. I had a feeling right away that this is going to rattle for sure somewhere down the road and I was right. Just wasn't expecting 2 weeks lol. The only thing I can say about Corsa at this point is the exhaust sounds amazing(minus the vibration) but I would stay away from the valved tipped active exhaust. If it isn't vibrating a few weeks after you install it, it will eventually. They need to figure out how to weld the baffles in the muffler better and have to fix the valved tips. I will be calling them yet again today and tell them I'm sending this crap back and I'm going with a another company that makes quality active exhaust. I'm just glad I didn't purchase Corsa for my C8 Corvette.
Awesome video. I currently have a 2021 Mustang GT with Active exhaust. I’m looking to get the this exhaust system and I have a question. When on quit mode is it as quit as the stock exhaust? I leave to work at 5:30am and would like to be a good neighbor. Thanks
@@Rick-gk3ro lol I don’t think you understand how stupid loud is going to get. I have Magnaflow X-Mod and the mufflers on those are tiny. It makes my whole house shake
@@soulja4187 I've heard a video of it it don't seem too bad I don't have long tube headers and I still have cats. Mine has active exhaust it just isn't loud enough for me even in track mode. Whoever had it before deleted the resonator and put an X pipe on it
Nice Video, brought back memories of when I had the Corsa Extreme catback on my 2015 mustang GT with Roush cold air intake man that Combo sounded Lean and Mean and Really LOUD but I did Not have the active exhaust but I still Loved it anyways!!! Now I have the AWE Touring catback on my 2018 mustang GT and I prefer that over the Corsa cuz its got Deeper sound with the H pipe but its Not as Loud as the Corsa either, Lol but loud enough to know you got something back there!!!
It's definitely loud haha. I have the awe touring catback on my 2019 and I love it. H pipe sounds a lot better in my opinion as well. The lower growl sounds so good.
Sounds great and the ability to vary it is nice, but I share your view that it may simply be something else to go wrong. After hearing other options, would you still make the choice to go with the AWE Touring again?
I'm not a huge fan of the corsa sound so I would go AWE touring again. Corsa sounds good down low but to me its just to much at higher rpms. I decided on it before getting the car that's why i never bothered getting the active.
I heard that you can get it to work but you'd have to program the computer to have the option to open and close the valves. I know there are a few that work without the active to quiet it down but then its either you open them to be loud or quiet it down for the day.
In quiet mode there isn't to much of a difference. If stock is like a 2 this is only 3 or 4. Track or sport is a huge difference though. On the loud scale I'd say 8 or 9. Definitely one of the loudest exhausts I've heard
I cannot see spending $2800 on exhaust system when a muffler delete is a lot cheaper. That's what I'm going to do on my 2019 Mustang GT it already has an X pipe I'm just going to delete the mufflers and mine has active exhaust I'm just going to do away with the active exhaust.
i had the same idea until i took my active exhaust off of my 2023 5.0 and then my check engine light appeared, im not sure why so i put my stock exhaust back on and had the dealer fix the light for me

That's a nice system . . i wish i had active exhaust . . . great vid!
Thank you. I still can't decide if it's worth it. Just seems like something else to go wrong after a while.
No You don’t
@@WESTCOAST_JAYZ yes he does. 100% worth it.
Beautiful, good sound and good tutorial.
Thank you. More to come soon
Omg dream spec on that gt three years until I can drive wooooohoooo
Impressive sound...Great video.
Thank you. The car sounds so much better now.
I'm dealing with that exact valve issue after installing mine today, thanks for the insight.
It will be the spring 100% I don't know why corsa doesn't make the motor sit the same way as stock. It would solve everyone's headache haha
Awesome video as always man!
Thanks man

It's a little louder than quiet mode stock but I wouldn't say enough to piss off neighbors. It's 100 percent louder on track mode though 😂
I'm doing a muffler delete and hell with my neighbors if they don't like it oh well they'll have to deal with it.

Great install video .. love the sound of the Corsa . Hopefully Corsa will make a valved extreme exhaust for the 18 -20 coyote convertible.
Yeah hopefully they figure something out that works.
What do you think of the install. Should I do a full review of the exhaust? Make sure to subscribe so you don't miss out!
Great video brother almost 1k!!!!!
Thanks man. Only a few more to go!!

Hey man, was this the Corsa 21001 system?
What’s the name of the diffuser you have on there?
My mustang didn’t come with active exhaust stock could I still buy an aftermarket active exhaust and it would still work?

It’s terrible don’t do it
How to vids are sweet
Thank you.
This is inserted with EcoBoost 2017
No this is a GT. It won't work with ecoboost
Is there a huge difference from stock active exhaust ? If so on a scale of 1-10 how much louder did it get?

@@oscarmercado9184 they're pricey compared to some but 100% worth it. I'm planning a review for my channel like I did for my awe cat back as well.
With this exhaust being over 2k it should fit perfectly and not have to modify it it all to fit correctly.
I noticed after this video that a lot have issues with the active exhaust not sitting properly and then it won't work either.
oh yeah sounds real good. put some catless headers on there
Amazing exhaust! I’m biased 😂
😄 the video definitely doesn't do it justice.
Canadian Cruisin agreed the exhaust sounds brutal in person
Does this exhaust add any horsepower?
By itself very little but with a tune and some longtubes you would notice a big jump.
Damn, I’ve Heard Camaro, Corvette, Trucks And Some SN95s Loud Asf, But Never Heard A Loud Ass S550 In Real Life 😔
