The day i discovered your videos, i have not looked elsewhere. Such a systematic way of doing pranayama everyday. I have a suggestion. Can you make a video for longer time of the same routine? Like maybe kapalbhaati upto 100 times or progress holding breath for upto 2 mins slowly. Please make more videos of pranayama it helps a lot.

Yes I accidentally met ur video while looking for yoga and started watching 3 more. But I think pranyamas can be a bit longer and instructions like to stay focus on breathe for a while. And let know if pranayama has particular sequence... Great videos and clear while instructing. Post a new video for pranayama it ll be helpful.

Hi Rashmi I am 74 and doing your stretching exercises. Founding it very good. Your instructions has an hipnotic effect. In this particular breathing to the beats is not very clear. Am i supposed do normal inhale exhale during the beats and forcefull breath out(basthrika in between).Thanks.

Holding the breath is said to strengthen the lungs. And in yogic terms to increase the prana in your system. I like the flow of doing kapalabhati and then holding the breath because you work on getting rid of the toxins and then work on increasing the prana but you don't have to practice it in that order necessarily.
Hi Rashmi, I like all your videos and light background music. I have one request can you pl make one 15-20 minute Pranayam video in order of 1. Agnisar. 2. Kapalbhati 3. Anulom Vilom 4. Bhrastika 5. Ujjayi 6. Brahmani and last but not the least 7. Ujjayi. Each pranayama for 2-3 minutes would be great. Basically the purpose is to do every day daily pranayama with in 15-20 mts before work. You can have a sip of water if you are thirsty but if you do breathing exercises like kapalabhati etc after drinking a glass of water your tummy will hurt :)

You can do it either before or after. I prefer doing it before and ending with a shavasana.
