    Dear Rakshmi, I'm studying yoga and this is the first time I've tried Pranayama. I absolutely love your clear instructions and calming presence, amongst the beautiful birdsong 🙏♥️ I'm doing your videos daily now. Thank you! I can't find the link on how to do Agni Sar though....?     Hello Rashmi , this is amazing to calm ourselves and lift up energy .
    Could you also mix and match practices for emotional dis balance specially in this time of pandemic there has been lots of talk about mental health and keeping ourselves emotionally as well as mentally alert. Appreciate all your workout videos🙏

    I am daily doing your yoga please increase it 30 minute it to 45 minute one hour is little big 30 minute is little smaller 45 or 50 minute is enough a day please extent it
