Wowww wowww wowww👌👌👌👌 I have just completed 18 rounds of Sun salutations. I can’t tell you, how amazing I’m feeling. I never sweat like this. Feeling so much energetic. I couldn’t able to do 16th round of sun salutations properly. It needs practice. I’ll do it one day 😊.
Loveddd it!! I am the kind of person who gets bored with doing the same thing again and again; and as you can imagine, that is not good for getting into a regular exercise routine- the variations in each round did not let me get bored- I thoroughly enjoyed the workout! Thank you so much
Hi Rashmi- I love doing Surya Namaskar however your version with variations in each round is just perfect!! I do it at least 4 times a week and then I feel that I don’t need any other form of exercise. This covers full body workout and cardio, all in one. I have a quick question- how many approximate calories do we burn if I exactly follow this video
I regularly practice this video and your video for 50 suryanamaskar. could you please make a video of 50 suryanamaskar with variations changing with every round like in this video.... please it will be really great.... you have really done a great work...
Reshmi I liked it, Can we add few more variation for another 5 rounds, like veera bhadrassa three variation, etc. I am 59, try my best to do 25 rounds Ashtanga suryanamaskar and then do the variation 20rounds and the last rounds again Astanga.

After 10th Round my body start shivering and stopped and relaxed by lying down on the mat. But I enjoyed it.. Tomorrow i will try complete the full cardio.
Wow ! I can’t believe I finished this workout, although I had paused to drink some water after the ninth round and also had to pause to wipe my mat during Round 16 (downdog push-up variation) as my hands kept sliding on the mat. Thanks for this amazing flowing workout Coach Rashmi !!! …. Didn’t have the energy to comment yesterday so doing it today 😬
Hi Rashmi, amazing workout. Been doing this for a couple of months regularly. I slowly started noticing that round 13 and later seemed long. Then I realized, you start round 14 on right, then go back to round 13 on left and then again start round 14. So essentially we are doing one round extra 😀
I always get bored while doing surya namaskar to the count of numbers but your video has helped me overcome that boredom.. Amazing and thanks a lot mam. PS : Hope there was a love button instead of like button for your classes 😁😁

Hmm...I don't subscribe to the idea of burning calories especially because everyone's body works differently. Yes there could be a tough estimate but aren't just the Surya namaskar rounds enough to keep you going? :)

And when I started, I had osteoarthritis which I didn't know I had this condition until yesterday. But no matter how painful, I still did it every day. And I got better everyday. When I started doing the 18 rounds a few days ago, certain variations were a bit challenging for my knees but I continue to do them. Is that ok or should I change to a simpler variation? Any advise you can give me would be much appreciated.

Haha this was 19 rounds that roughly took 40 minutes. A 54 rounds video with variations will take around 2 hours which is totally unnecessary.
