did 4 of these today....once peeled and separated into clean wedges (or as close to clean wedges as possible) put in zip lock and call it healthy popcorn....great stuff.

If you put your thumb nail close to the top of the blade on its flat side it acts like a depth stop so you wont cut into the fruit..

I live in Florida. Citrus everywhere. Trust me, if you pick up the right locally-grown pomelo (honey variety) it's well worth what it takes to open it.
This is the worst fruit ever (to peel).
