If I ever get the big money, I have such cool ideas for what I would do, and I've always thought it would be awesome to tell you guys about every little detail, plus what I'm in to! I was so bummed that I missed entering the mancave makeover! Didn't even know about it beforehand! Last time I bought a lotto ticket I even drew something up, and after the manecave makeover, I even asked my Dad if I could volunteer the basement, but my main plain would be an addition to my room since I'm disabled. The led wall comment is bang on.. that’s a key reason I’ve gone for a 98" TV leaving enough space between the LCR for up to a 120 screen, max my room can accommodate sensibly.

One thing that I've noticed with the JVC projectors, is that they do not have code to variably ramp the fans up/down based on processor temps...
They are two speed... Low for 1080=/

i dont understand why nearly no installer outside of my country install Array Solutions (Single, Double Bass Array, Pseudo DBA etc). Only 2 subs on the ground an thats it. You get so much benefits with an Bass Array in terms of Energy control & lowend quality

Such a great room. How has your experience been with the LG Minisplit? Is it truly silent? Do you notice any background noise in the isolated room with it running on its lower settings?
It’s not completely silent but was the best option / price for the retro fit of this job. I usually can keep a constant temp. Being on a slab helps keep it cool in the summer. Really just have to keep it a little warmer in the winter. Overall very happy with it
I have a carrier mini split in my shop and it’s quieter than my mini fridge!
