Alrighty y’all! I have a wedding in August (2 months from now) and my dress won’t zip up. I had a big old meltdown yesterday but luckily my friends were able to snap me out of it and motivate me to work out and make that dress close! 🙌 today is Day 1. Going to do this and other back fat workouts. Day 2 (along with 2 other back work outs no diet) ✅ - A little sore from my legs, chest and arms. Surprisingly not sore from the back Day 3 - skipped :( Day 4 done ✅ Day 5 skipped :( Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ Day 8 ✅ I can definitely see less bulge in my back. Going to keep going! Day 9 skipped Day 10 skipped Day 12 skipped Day 13 ✅ OKAYYYYY. So I never came back to update daily after day 13 BUT that doesn’t mean I didn’t keep going. I kept going you guys and GUESS WHAT!!! I did it!!! It’s August 9 (10 days before wedding) and I closed the dress!!!!! I’ve got to say that I helped myself by cutting out carbs and since starting this workout I dropped 10 pounds, but my back fat is almost gone. Honestly would not have done it without the help of this amazing man and the motivation he emits 💯 Thank you @mrlondon!!!
@@BellaSoloooxo I can tell you that what really helped me was that for the first week I did 2 days a week juicing and cut out carbs as much as possible. I believe I was only consuming 50-100 grams of carbs a day. After the first 2 weeks I didn’t juice at all because I couldn’t do it. Instead I switched to rice cakes in the morning and salads and protein. I could see a huge difference in like 3 weeks.
I just did day 1 of this challenge today and i am so happy i got through it. 13 more days to go. Im doing this challenge and the fupa at the same time. Im tryna get rid of this c-section mommy body. Thank you mr. London for the motivation. I should be snatched by my birthday in may.
What gets me, he thinks 'fupa' is something men have, too. We used to call that 'lower abs'. Fupa is the actual 'below bikini line'...in other words your pubis mound.
Mr. London I have proof your fupa and back challenge work. I combine the two. I did two weeks of fupa and two weeks of back. Now I combine. Baby my waistbeads just dropping. I tied a new one on and it must drop, because that bad boy is sitting high. Now I do need an alternative for burpees. I haven't gotten that far in life yet.
I was just saying this to myself..getting older and working from home has my whole back filled with fat and rolls 😅...I miss my younger years when I only had to watch my diet casually and add a 10 minutes run to lose 10kg in a week 😂😂
Just completed this 2 week challenge along with the fupa , I did see some positive results !! Will definitely continue until I’m snatched to capacity but this results is definitely a great push to continue
I’ve been burning 1000 calories a day with cardio to lose this baby weight.. about 15lbs from my goal weight. Definitely gonna do this as well to get rid of this back fat!
Hi Mr English , I just want you to know that I’m 61 and I use to be a marathon runner for about 15 year even though I stop running at 48 years I always kept my shape up yes gravity has taken over an yes I need to firm as well ! I started my weight loss lifestyle change a week ago and have lost 4lbs so far with just watching what I eat and making sure I eat what I burn. When I first started, I could only do one plank now I can do a bunch. I’ve lost 50 pounds! :) I LOVE the stand crunch!! I’m going to do that one next. ( thanks for teaching me!) This is still advanced for me, but I’m going to keep going till I get there :) I’m getting stronger every time I go to the gym :) I do 200 sit ups on the machine at 70 lbs, and just started the back lat machine! I didn’t even know that would help your back, I’m kinda new at the gym. I love the back area because you can do whatever! I’m working on squats! At first I couldn’t do ANY, now I can! I’m so proud of myself, and I love watching new things to incorporate into my workout, things that I didn’t know would help me. I appreciate this thank you!! :)

My favorite workouts are back and booty. Loved this workout except all the press ups. Lol. I Hate doing abs but do them as well. That is where I carry most of my fat so they are the hardest for me to do. Thanks for sharing workouts with us and for being all around positive when talking about women. It is really inspiring.

Think I'll stick with 15 minute strength by 'Fitness With Cindy'. I start there then do a 10-15 or 2 with various other 15 minute strength videos. My goal is to keep it doable by not hurting myself. Warm up and cool down stretches are everything!
Guys i did this for two weeks on alternate days, still doing this workout and along with it, i have been doing lots of other workouts and lost about 3 kg in those two weeks ...........if you want to know the other workouts i can help you😁
@Natalie Diaz i do chloe ting's arm workout and two week shred challenge and alexis ren's abs workout , sometimes i just skip arm workout and of course diet is important but i eat 2 cookies daily😂
@@bardiadiente9807the thing is , that you really have to be conscious about the food you eat.....for cravings you cannot eat much but you definately can eat 2 cookies or something similar.......i was health conscious when i was too young but i gained the weight bcz i eat too much of the healthy food🙄

I’m doing this today!!! I’ve been a competitive dancer from 6-21 and a competitive weight lifter in high school and college and I stop cold turkey for 6 years. All my muscle turned into fat, my wrist are jacked up and I have to Modify some of the excises but I’m doing😬

My favorite workouts are back and booty. Loved this workout except all the press ups. Lol. I Hate doing abs but do them as well. That is where I carry most of my fat so they are the hardest for me to do. Thanks for sharing workouts with us and for being all around positive when talking about women. It is really inspiring.

Think I'll stick with 15 minute strength by 'Fitness With Cindy'. I start there then do a 10-15 or 2 with various other 15 minute strength videos. My goal is to keep it doable by not hurting myself. Warm up and cool down stretches are everything!

Guys i did this for two weeks on alternate days, still doing this workout and along with it, i have been doing lots of other workouts and lost about 3 kg in those two weeks ...........if you want to know the other workouts i can help you😁
@Natalie Diaz i do chloe ting's arm workout and two week shred challenge and alexis ren's abs workout , sometimes i just skip arm workout and of course diet is important but i eat 2 cookies daily😂
@Natalie Diaz and at night , i simply walk on the stairs ,they are total 22 stairs and i walk 30 times , this is within 15 min😁

@@bardiadiente9807the thing is , that you really have to be conscious about the food you eat.....for cravings you cannot eat much but you definately can eat 2 cookies or something similar.......i was health conscious when i was too young but i gained the weight bcz i eat too much of the healthy food🙄
@@bardiadiente9807 don't crave yourself in the beginning if you eat too much but just decrease the amount of junk from your diet

I’m doing this today!!! I’ve been a competitive dancer from 6-21 and a competitive weight lifter in high school and college and I stop cold turkey for 6 years. All my muscle turned into fat, my wrist are jacked up and I have to Modify some of the excises but I’m doing😬
