Egg is egg and nothing can replace that taste and texture but… i tried silken tofu scrambled eggs with Kala Namak spice-aka black salt , garlic powder, onion powder. And turmeric powder Mix tofu with spice mix in food processor and heat some oil in skillet on low medium heat and use spatula to gently stir and voila. I add sautéed veggies on top❤
How do you prevent the kale from being bitter???! Last time I cooked them I was so shocked at the taste!😢 I’ve had great kale before so I was confused!

For egg substitute you can use Just Egg (easy option), you can blend some tofu, or use chickpea flour. 4:42

I don’t really find it bitter tbh. Cooking it will defo make is more palatable if you have trouble with taste. Making a yum dressing helps too
