I’ve been watching the channel for 6 years, if not longer. My wife and I admire your work. I will order the ebooks and comment on the videos more often. I am adaptable in my eating style. Very much open to 70/30 plant-based to increase health and reduce fat, etc.
im really enjoying your new editing style. its a bit slower and not so many quick cuts. i find it very relaxing. great video Tish! I'm a long time follower of you (since your first video lol) and I can see how your style has changed.
Hi from Germany, Tish! ☺ I am vegan since 4 years but I love your videos because I feel like they are super easy to adjust to vegan lifestyle! Your dishes always look like a work of art 💜
Clean vegan feels best for me. Really leaning into whole food plant based foods. I’ve tried every diet. Whole food plant based keeps me feeling my best physically and mentally.
Hi Tish! Your dishes look amazing as usual! I am gluten and dairy free so it’s easy for me to substitute items when needed. I bought all your ebooks and made the Almond Butter Granola! I had to stop myself from eating because I could’ve devoured the entire pan and I need some for breakfast for the week lol! I’m going to have it with your chia dish. Yum!
Can't wait to try the peanut tahini noodles. Also, I know what you mean about the onions. I just learned a hack that really works. If your eyes are burning, open the freezer and stick your face in the freezer door. It take all the burning/crying away! I know it sounds crazy but I tried it and it really did work!
Been watching your channel for awhile. Been on an UK kick (Music, shows) lately. Getting use to how we call foods and items so differently is so interesting and I'm catching on. i.e. Spring onion is Green onion for us in the States. Eggplant (Aubergine) name is new. Learning something new everyday. I've reduced my meat intake when the pandemic hit. Only consume meat during holidays approximately 3 holidays. Starting to eat tofu since I'm looking to increase my protein intake outside of just beans. This video was so helpful.
Yes ,please post more vegan recipes...My first stop will be the butter bean and eggplant curry (I believe you all call it something different in the UK)...but can't wait!!😊
thank you for the lovely video : ) the first dish especially looks so good (i love tempeh!). would be curious to hear about some of your grocery store favourites (as someone who also lives in england) - the tortillas you used looked especially nice. looking forward to seeing more recipes from you (with summer produce!) + hoping you're well.
Wow! Everything looks so good! I honestly don’t know which one I will cook first. I’ll just go to Whole Foods and decide then! Thank you for sharing! ❤️❤️
love the vegan recipes! more please! I'm non-restrictive but I'm pretty much 99/1 split. 99% plant-based. my body/soul just so rarely desires animal foods I only eat them a handful of times a year.
These recipes all look super tasty! More vegan recipes would be great! I’m mostly plant based but do occasionally eat red meat & feta cheese & Fage yogurt.
I would call my meals “plant forward” but I do occasionally enjoy seafood and chicken. I am looking forward to trying the noodle dish. It looks so delicious! The mange tout are actually called snow peas 🫛 in the US as they are younger and more flat vs. sugar snap peas which are more mature and fuller/rounder. Both are tasty!
i'd say i'm a veggimeatarian🥩🍅🥦 , I love vegetarian meals served with grilled meat if i get a craving but 80% of my week i'd say i eat vegetarian . Your recipes are so beautiful. Thank you for sharing, i'm inspired by all the flavours, colors and textures.
Hi Tish, have you ever tried keeping your ginger in the freezer? It's much easier to grate that way! Also, 18 years as a vegetarian here, I love all your videos, because even if there is meat, the 'sides' look amazing.
I would always love to see more vegan recipes!! I consider myself to be a whole foods diet and like to eat plant based a lot of the time, but dont restrict myself. I just love tofu so much, and sometimes chicken/meat can give me the ick so its always my fall back protein ❤
My family and I enjoy your recipes and your channel. If you can find the time can you please share some recipes for people with autoimmune diseases, I'm in the process of healing from lupus and currently can't have Peppers garlic onion 😢 and I miss it. However I'm thankful that I'm regaining my health and strength🙌🙌🙌 have an amazing summer❤
I'm going to be making all of these recipe this week. Would love if you kept the protein lunch/dinner recipe coming with some seasonal inspiration! It does not have to be all plant base or all of anything, What ever your feeling, I'm cooking.
Currently I’ve been eating what I want not a particular diet. I do want to start back eating more plant based though. I felt the best eating this way. I’m trying the salad first.
I would love to see more fish dishes or asian goodies; they are my favourites! 😍 Also your 'what I ate today' videos always give me great ideas and inspirations, can't wait for the next one! ❤
Love your recipes, Tishey ! I am a vegan since 2018 Your recipes are easy to veganize , but when you are kind enough to to me that favor, then you are welcome to post some more vegan recipes, very nice to have ould be Psome breakfast-recipes, such like your beloved frittatas veganized...PS: Your Yoghurt bowls are very addictive and you influenced be with your bee pollen... Come back soon, I wait for you...until then. Bye
I've been a Vegetarian since birth, 57 years. Not my family, just me. My body simply rejected meat, almost like an allergy. I eat very little dairy. I occasionally consume honey (100% respect to bees). I wear leather & wool, usually secondhand.
Great video so beautiful. Ás for your question, I eat plant base as I am vegan blah blah lol I always love you plant based recipes and how you give options for ones that are not. The tofu salad looks really good
I just eat 😅…wouldn’t even call myself adaptable because I haven’t really tried to follow a vegan/paleo/keto diet…or any diet really. I eat what I feel like eating 😅, which isn’t always a good thing. But as I grow older, I want to be more intentional about adopting healthy eating habits.
I feel best eating a pescatarian diet, and I adore veggies. But I'm 'non-restrictive' because I'm from Kansas. They'll run you right of Dodge if you say you're a vegan, lol.
I can’t cook so I need easier 3-4 step recipes. 👩🏽 😔. Edit: That’s why I haven’t been able to fully commit to going vegan 🥑 because the recipes are so complicated. 😞
Yea please to more vegan recipes 😊❤ here in Canada mange-tous are snow peas and the more sweet and crunchy fuller pods/rounded are sugar snap peas. To me the ones you used are snow peas.
Tish, I'm a lot like you, I eat a bit of everything trying to be balanced. Because I'm an under-control diabetic, I do eat less carbs (pasta, bread, rice, etc.) with moderate cheat days on occasion. (Heavy on plant based foods for carbs.) Still have to live, right? Loved your recipes, as usual; truly look forward to trying them all. Appreciate you, you inspire my food creativity❤❤❤
I’m plant based. High quality animal food is not easy to find and very expensive. Probably plants are just easier to get, cheaper and easier to combine together without too much digestive distress (I cannot mix carbs and animal protein I have a very sensitive stomach). So I hope more fully plant based meals to come.
Vegan recipes are great sometimes. Especially with fish and grass fed meat being so expensive in the states right now. At times I just want a really good ol vegan meal. Keep it coming! Can't wait to try these this week!
Yes please more quickly vegan recipes. I’ll be trying tacos and butter bean stew. It’s so hot in Miami and I don’t wanna cook but I love a good coconut milk curry
I eat a fully vegan diet. The aim is to eat whole foods plant based most of the time. I don't cook with oil at home, but nevertheless when I eat out I consume oil.
Tish, I am 98-99% vegan. I only am not 100% because I love wine and not all the wine I drink is vegan. I've been following you since you were vegan and continued after you became more flexible with your diet. I'm a live and let live type of person and don't really care about labels or about how people chooser to eat their food. I first went vegan in the mid 1990s and after six months I was craving, of all things, salmon skin sushi, so I started eating that and then later incorporated more chicken and some fish into my diet. The second time I went vegan was in 2016 at my doctor's suggestion and I've been at it ever since. Okay, having said that your peanut tofu salad is giving me ideas!! I too love crispy tofu and have some in my fridge right now. I just made some homemade peanut butter and have plenty of noodles and other ingredients (except the snap peas unfortunately) so this will definitely be in rotation soon. Regarding snap peas, I grow my own in my garden, usually in the spring here in California. But I was late this year, and then the ones I planted got eaten up by the rats. Darn!!! Whatever type of recipes you post, is what I will watch so I have no preference.
Please try some raw examples of your favourite cooked meals. You are gifted I know you can do it.. Try a jollof rice completely raw and a raw Jamaican pattie and let's see what you come up with❤

I absolutely love Tish Wonders! Love her recipes and all the ones I’ve tried have been amazing 😋😋!
I’m fully plant-based and would love to see more plant-based / vegan recipes like these!
Hi from Germany, Tish! ☺ I am vegan since 4 years but I love your videos because I feel like they are super easy to adjust to vegan lifestyle! Your dishes always look like a work of art 💜
Loved this recipes ! I think number 3 is also my favorite! Would love to see more high protein vegan recipes from you, maybe breakfast or lunch ideas!
Clean vegan feels best for me. Really leaning into whole food plant based foods. I’ve tried every diet. Whole food plant based keeps me feeling my best physically and mentally.
Yum! The broad beans and eggplant dish looks amazing
Thank you darling
Love these recipes! I follow paleo and tend to make a vegan dish and add a protein to ensure i get fresh veggies that dont feel like a side.
Hi Tish! Your dishes look amazing as usual! I am gluten and dairy free so it’s easy for me to substitute items when needed. I bought all your ebooks and made the Almond Butter Granola! Made both the penaut noodle salad and aubergine curry this week for lunch and loved them both and I’m not even vegan!😅 thank you❤

I eat anything but I do like to eat healthy so plant based or other veggie heavy recipes are great!
Currently I’ve been eating what I want not a particular diet. I do want to start back eating more plant based though. I felt the best eating this way. I’m trying the salad first.
I’m trying to adapt to a vegan diet and appreciate these options.
It’d be awesome for you to share these ideas when possible.

Wava Island
These are amazing recipes. But they are at least $35 each. It doesn't make sense per serving unless you're wealthy.
I love you ❤

Stop talking down on people when they receive compliments. Makes you look insecure.
I mean you seriously need your own cooking show! I’ve been watching cooking channels for years and I have never seen better recipes! Bravo!
Agreed. They should have her on a cooking channel
I'm 100% vegan. Love these recipes. More vegan recipes please.
I’ve definitely become more of an intuitive eater… some days my body wants meat and some days none. I love it and I love your videos
Me getting excited when another Tish video is posted 💃🏾. Much love from the US!

Hey Tish, your recipes are amazing! 💖 Yes I would love more vegan recipes please 🙏🏽
I've been Vegan for 8 years now! When eating fully raw and whole food plant based meals I feel my best. I enjoy juicing a lot as well.
I’m plant based. High quality animal food is not easy to find and very expensive. Good to see another video dedicated to vegan recipes!!
im adaptable, but i try to stick to recipes that keep my blood sugar levels steady. too many high carby things in a meal makes me feel funny lol.
Gonna have to try these. Love that cashew cheese idea. Definitely wanna try that.
I eat a fully vegan diet. The aim is to eat whole foods plant based most of the time. I don't cook with oil at home, but nevertheless when I eat out I consume oil.
