- This is my first time ordering plant imports and I have been so excited. It was one of the longest three weeks waiting for these babies!
This wasn't the greatest first experience in regards to how the plants arrived, however, their customer service was fast and sufficient!

OMG my heart sank with you when you opened those.😓 I am so glad the Veitchii was in good shape though! Definitely a wish list plant for me. I'm happy they are sending replacements, I am excited to see what else you picked! I love watching plant unboxing videos, I am sorry this one was not the greatest first experience. I personally have had good luck with Steve's Leaves, Broes With Hoes, Gabriella Plants and a few shops on Etsy if you want to try some plant mail again 🥰💚
Yes the Veitchii makes me smile for sure!! 🥰I contacted them to see if they can ship in September instead of august since it’s just so hot here. So hopefully that will help. 🙏🏾And thank you! I’ve heard of those but never purchased from them. I’m nervous now!! Lol💚🪴

My heart broke when you opened that first one...and broke again when you opened that Monstera. I'm so sorry your first plant mail wasn't a great experience. Like you said, you know these things CAN happen, but it sucks when it DOES. I'm glad you'll get replacements and I'll be keeping my fingers crossed they arrive healthy...don't forget to bring us along. The Veitchii is super cute.

Awe!! That's a bummer but at least they're fixing it. Hopefully in a month Temps will be cooler. I'm in Southern Arizona so I been waiting until its better weather , I did luck out with hoya and spring of pearls this week, but afraid to order anything else and push my luck

Importing is definitely a mixed bag, I have kind of stopped on the importing unless I find something I really really want. Taking into account that they are boxed in the cool cloud forests of Ecuador and sent to the baking heat of the sunbelt so much can go wrong along the way. I like to tell myself if it didn't survive the mail I probably would kill it anyway.

Yes I’m glad the customer service is great. If these plants don’t come healthy I don’t think I’ll be importing anymore. But I say that now and might still do it 😂. So hopefully they are healthy!! 💚🪴🤞🏾

Sorry Jane’e it’s always a risk importing philos in the heat an anthuriums do much better importing imo. Love Tropicals, their really good about replacing damaged plants. Hope your next shipment is a happy one 🫶🏼💚

Aww :( I feel so bad that they didn't ship well at all not a good first experience at all...I'm glad they are sending replacements. We will see the next round! Importing is risky for sure, but I hope this experience doesn't make you afraid to order non import plants online in the future. Your intro was very cute by the way love seeing your personality shine in your videos

oh no your disappointment made me so sad!! I got in 20 plants from them in good shape. The weather can screw with them a bit. Hopefully this doesn’t taint your experience with importing. Tropicals has been the best imports for me while others have all sent plants DOA

I don't know where you are but it looks like they got cooked in the heat. I'd try again when expected temperatures are moderate.

Not a great first impression for you. I am sorry. I know it can leave a bad taste. I fully understand. I just was on their live last night and was in the process of placing my first order through Gilbert last week. So far, I am a little disappointed for certain reasons, but I hope it is better in the future. I will give them a chance. I am happy you are getting replacements 💚🪴

I hate that it was not a good box opening but it happens at least they responded fast ..that's why I don't order often I'm just a more want to see before buy type person ..because my anxiety go ☝🏾
